“We had a lovely supper on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at Bayou Jack's in Roanoke, TX.The shrimp & grits were tasty as was the pesto bread appetizer.Shawn, our waitperson was outstanding! He was resilient, personable, affable and efficient!Sadly, the restaurant was apparently understaffed as the floors were quite dirty with dropped food, paper napkins, ad infinitum.“
“Had a great experience here on a Saturday evening when I was looking for a new brewery to try and wanted to watch college football. The bartenders were friendly and made beer recommendations and offered samples to try. I opted to start with a flight and then stuck with their Dunkel. I had a side salad and the steak sandwich from one of the counter service restaurants that serve at the brewery as well. The live acoustic music was an added bonus too!“
“The staff was very nice and my family of five enjoyed their meal. Our server was happy to get us several refills and everyone seemed to enjoy their job. We are new to the area and will be probably coming back. I love street tacos and these were great.“

“Oh my gosh...where do I even begin. This place is such a hidden gem. It deserves more business!! The people are friendly and attentive, the food is immaculate. I've been here a handful of times, my last visit I got their hot chicken sandwich, and it blew me away. I'm white as hell and can't really hold my spice but I love it anyways and this was just perfect. Hot enough to make me sweat, but still so much flavor! I will be getting that sandwich once a week at least. And I've been telling my friends all about it. It's hard to find food that good out here sometimes so props to y'all! Seriously killer. As far as ambiance goes, you gotta give it grace. It's in like the back corner of a food court, it isn't really like a restaurant. But nonetheless I love how you can see everything going on, and I think it's perfect for this place. So good!!!“
“When they make your cone right, this place is bomb. You might want to make sure you ask for extra syrup, as I have frequently made it about halfway down before digging into flavorless ice. Staff are nice, but they need to make sure they are more attentive. Can't tell you how many times my order is wrong or completely forgotten after I place it. Solid snowcone shop, but make sure you cover your loose ends lol“

“It was my first time to try Hat Creek. It’s nearby my office so I gave it a shot and I was not disappointed. I ordered through the app, which was easy to use, and picked up my order in the drive-thru. A friendly staff member handed me my food and drink and asked if I need anything else. (Something that is hard to come by sometimes - good customer service) He represented Hat Creek well. I will definitely be returning and trying other menu items in future visits.“
