“Some of the best pizza I’ve had from a pizzeria. Went to this papa johns not expecting much was just trying to get some food after driving for a few hours coming from out of town and it was probably the best food we couldve gotten.
The pizza was amazing cooked perfectly and those papa john chicken bites brought a tear to my eye i had to give the worker a hug. If i didnt live 2 hours away i would probably be coming back every week.“
“My family orders from here all the time, we get delivery usually and they never miss, the only reason I gave them a four is because the last two times the wings were kind of cold, nothing the oven or microwave can't fix. They've come a long way in the past five years.“
“I'm honestly not sure where some of these negative reviews come from. Ive ordered from this papa johns alot for years. Especially recently, just been craving pizza alot. They've been doing well at getting my order delivered faster than the tracker time states, made extremely warm and well made. They also threw in an extra spicy garlic sauce for me on my last order 5/1/26 just simply by calling. Id simply asked they not include the regular garlic with the pizza and do spicy, as the website won't let you choose that. They literally added an extra one for me.“
“Pizza is always yummy. But what made me leave a review was the delivery driver. We didn’t hear the door at all, so he called to confirm he had the right address. He could have just left it, but he took the extra step to make a call. Give the guy a raise!“

Parking: Located beside a police sublet station... You vehicle is safe while inside the establishment...“
“I was actually at this location as a delivery driver and even though there was a mix-up in regards to the delivery that I was supposed to pick up, everyone there was informative respectful and trying to figure out what we could do to take care of the customer. Not just one person from the person who rated me at the desk to the cooks to the manager everyone became involved to find out what was going on with my customers order and I felt like my customer's needs or being addressed as well as me as a driver I felt like my time was valuable in their eyes as well and even though it was nothing due to their fault at all they were very professional and overall awesome crew. I appreciate them very much for that. My next order was actually at one of their competitors in which the order was there and the person that met me at the counter never looked to be in the eyes once said it would be a 3 minutes more and when I said something her co-worker told her I was talking to her she came plopped the pizza down didn't say a word and as I asked her something and she walked away talking
as if I wasn't there. This gave me even more appreciation for the crew at Papa John's“
“I ordered two pizzas on March 6 around 6pm. One of the pizzas was missing the pineapple so I called the store and spoke to a male manager. He was polite and told me he would remake the pizza himself and get it out to me ASAP. The pizza arrived and it was perfect! One of the best pizzas I have ever tasted. I only wish I would have asked for his name. Excellent customer service!“
“See Papa John’s is a very interesting pizza shop because it has such a good name, but it really doesn’t live up to its reputation ultimately pizza taste good but the prices do not that is for sure I mean, who thought of a pizza shop that would literally cost the same amount as an entire restaurant anyways. It’s always interesting as well because the service time in the app will tell you 30 minutes but then it just takes ya 50 minutes. That’s pretty interesting as well but again I mean it’s a solid name so can’t dislike it too much you know.“
“This is probably the smallest PAPA John's I've ever seen, but man oh man do they make a bad ass pizza 🍕 😳 Cooked to perfe tion everytime. Trust me I was worried when I moved to this area that this was the only one in Erie. Now I know why, no matter what side of town you live on once you've had this location the others would not even exist for me.
Hats off to the staff who are always super friendly and always offer plates and napkins for the office crew. So glad I went out of my way just to have my thin crust!! Try Alfredo Sauce, hot Italian sausage, onions and extra 3 cheese thin crust cooked well done, I can eat this everyday!!!“
