Papa John's in Fort Worth

“This is probably the smallest PAPA John's I've ever seen, but man oh man do they make a bad ass pizza 🍕 😳 Cooked to perfe tion everytime. Trust me I was worried when I moved to this area that this was the only one in Erie. Now I know why, no matter what side of town you live on once you've had this location the others would not even exist for me.

Hats off to the staff who are always super friendly and always offer plates and napkins for the office crew. So glad I went out of my way just to have my thin crust!! Try Alfredo Sauce, hot Italian sausage, onions and extra 3 cheese thin crust cooked well done, I can eat this everyday!!!“

“I was actually at this location as a delivery driver and even though there was a mix-up in regards to the delivery that I was supposed to pick up, everyone there was informative respectful and trying to figure out what we could do to take care of the customer. Not just one person from the person who rated me at the desk to the cooks to the manager everyone became involved to find out what was going on with my customers order and I felt like my customer's needs or being addressed as well as me as a driver I felt like my time was valuable in their eyes as well and even though it was nothing due to their fault at all they were very professional and overall awesome crew. I appreciate them very much for that. My next order was actually at one of their competitors in which the order was there and the person that met me at the counter never looked to be in the eyes once said it would be a 3 minutes more and when I said something her co-worker told her I was talking to her she came plopped the pizza down didn't say a word and as I asked her something and she walked away talking
as if I wasn't there. This gave me even more appreciation for the crew at Papa John's“

“I ordered two pizzas on March 6 around 6pm. One of the pizzas was missing the pineapple so I called the store and spoke to a male manager. He was polite and told me he would remake the pizza himself and get it out to me ASAP. The pizza arrived and it was perfect! One of the best pizzas I have ever tasted. I only wish I would have asked for his name. Excellent customer service!“

“See Papa John’s is a very interesting pizza shop because it has such a good name, but it really doesn’t live up to its reputation ultimately pizza taste good but the prices do not that is for sure I mean, who thought of a pizza shop that would literally cost the same amount as an entire restaurant anyways. It’s always interesting as well because the service time in the app will tell you 30 minutes but then it just takes ya 50 minutes. That’s pretty interesting as well but again I mean it’s a solid name so can’t dislike it too much you know.“
