I want to thank all team members which made the event at Trinity Metro a success today. The pizzas were delivered on time and exceeded my expectations. I was very anxious at first because the event had to be a hit. I really appreciate the whole process from start to finish.
They honored their promise and made it right: Ordered a heart shaped pizza for Valentine's Day to be delivered. When it arrived there was a sizeable gash in the pizza where the toppings had slid off. I called the number and pushed the button to speak to a manager. I was told call back later and they would take care of it and get me a new pizza. I called just over a week later to get the second pizza and realized that I hadn't talked to the manager the first time and I neglected...read full review
