“I see a lot of 1 star reviews for this place, I’m not saying they are invalid BUT I’ve ordered here a lot, it’s the closet one to my home. Today was the first time I completely didn’t get a pizza.
Called the store, manager Joseph, made it right and completely remade my order without me even asking. I just wanted the pizza I was missing. I’ve never experienced such customer service for something that probably wasn’t even their fault due to it being outsourced to DoorDash for delivery.“
“Really good Pizza. The pizza came quickly and the tracker was fun. The pizza delivery was some what friendly. I had ordered a pizza earlier in the day but didn't get a confirmation email or text. So i thought it didn't go to the store. The pizza was cold. Around 5:45pm I received my first order. It was supposed to be delivered at 5pm so I turned it down. Not sure who's mistake it was. Anyway, I will be returning here soon. Reasonable priced pizza. Around 6pm. Spoke with Brandon, who was just so understanding and so friendly. He says we just take the extra one back. Thank you Brandon.“
