Papa John's in Irving

“This is my wife's favorite pizza brand, however even though the food is good the service and atmosphere we have experienced at this location do not match the food. Hope this provides alittle clarity. Would rather order for delivery instead of going into store.“

“Been avoiding due to the negative reviews. But had a craving for Papa John’s tonight so I gave it a shot. Not sure what the other negative reviews are talking about or if something has changed since then- but my experience here tonight was very good. African-American lady and Caucasian man in glasses helped me and they were both very friendly to me and other patrons. Also, I placed my order online and went to go pick it up myself and it was fast and on-time. Haven’t eaten it yet, but quality looks good for a fast pizza. Will likely come back due to speed, ease, and friendliness of those two in the front tonight (7/30).“
