The difference in the food did not go unnoticed, but management did everything possible to make up for it. Service varies; Brandon provides top notch service, Ashley is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu and upcoming karaoke nights and open mic events, and Kia offers top of the line customer service. Dimera provides exceptional, quick, and efficient service with clear communication. Some service can be meh, with a server seeming irritated by refill requests and wrong orders. The Dallas location is preferred for service, but the Fort Worth vibe is winning.
