Based on the reviews, Refuel Bar & Grill is a neighborhood bar with a fun atmosphere and a chill vibe. The super friendly staff makes everyone feel welcome, and the bartenders know how to make great drinks with heavy pours. The music is sometimes a bit loud, but it is not too loud for conversation. The bar features cool art, karaoke, and a lively atmosphere. The food is pretty amazing, and the refuel burger is perfectly the best burger. The cheeseburgers have a distinct taste and are made out of 100% ground beef, not frozen patties. The Mac and cheese bites are perfect. Happy hour is from six until eight for the drinks. This is THE neighborhood bar where everybody knows everybody, making it a place to feel comfortable and safe. It is a great spot to make some good friends.
