“I visit this Jersey Mike's fairly often as it is close to my husbands job and Jersey Mike's is one of the few places he can confidently eat at on a keto diet. This location is my favorite. The staff is always so helpful even when I ask a million questions about carb counts on things. For me they have the best bread! At this store the parmesean rosemary is always on point.“

“This location is pure AWESOMENESS!!!

I was scurrying up and down Blue Mound Rd Thursday night looking for just that right something to hit the spot. After passing all of the tired and boring Burger joints, to my delight i passed Jersey Mikes. I went in and ordered an “11, giant on wheat”my immense hunger obviously induced a brain fog because I don’t even know what that is.

I then noticed that the shift manager came from the back with a piece of equipment and began reassembling the slicer. I asked what time they closed and she said 9pm. I soon realized that it was 8;58pm and they had already began cleaning everything and shutting down for the night. I apologized to them all for coming in at the last minute and tried to cancel my order and leave.

She insisted that it was fine and proceeded to make my number “11”. After she sliced the meat and cheese and passed the sandwich over to the next employee , I realized that it was not the sandwich that I had actually intended to order, I was like sorry I meant to order a “13”. I asked what even is an 11 since it’s not on the menu. She smiled and piled on the additional ingredients all while explaining to me that they had a secret menu. OMG!!!! Mind-blown!!!

She was a sweetheart; she went above and beyond delivering exceptional customer service all while reflecting all of what I expect from the brand. I have been to few other places around closing time and have either been treated very poorly or told altogether that they were closed.

Eat here!!! I will be back and I just may have an order from the secret menu,“

I wanted to personally shout out a gentleman named Chris, I had gotten a dead battery in the lot and I was blocked in and he helped me and my coworker push my car so that I had access to get a jump start, thank you for your kindness Chris!“

“I want to start off by saying I am a super fan of Jersey Mikes subs! But I have to speak on the staff members Tre and Luis at this particular location. I am a picky guest when I come in there. Preferably I don’t eat meat. Only tuna fish when I shop there….and those two gentlemen are amazing when it comes to the customer service. Those men are so patient with me when it comes to me showing them how I would like my sandwich made. A lot of places I go, some may get a little frustrated with me on how picky I can be…but these guys are amazing and THEM TWO gentlemen alone will keep me coming back to this location and ONLY this location. “I had placed an order with door dash. When I got it was a little disappointing no veggies well barely. I called and got the manager and told her, she replied back asking do you want me to bring you some? I was like sure gave her the address, not really expecting her to show right away.
