The shrimp and grits is by far one of the best things I have ever eaten! Our server Lillian at the Fort Worth location was on point and amazing, kept the drinks full without to much hovering or bothering, was an absolute pleasure, I highly recommend not only the food, but ask to sit in Lillian’s section y’all will not be disappointed!

Ordered to go at 7 pm on a Tuesday. I was surprised the food was no better than it was. The grilled Red Fish was very dry, grilled squash acceptable, okra was whole pieces grilled until hard and almost inedible, the étouffée unremarkable, greasy and without rice. Had it been delicious, it would have been reasonably priced.

Let’s begin with this; I watched this place be built from the ground up. How wonderful this place was when it first opened. That’s how long I worked there. Then slowly but surely all their evil tendencies came to light. They started to have a targeted demographic, and cut down on the ones who didn’t fit it.
