Five Guys in Fort Worth

“I usually avoid burgers as a lunch choice bc I expect most burgers to fall short of expectations. I will say that Nancy made me the best burger I have had in five years. Not really sure exactly what she did, but the combination of grilled mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, and jalapeños was magical. I will definitely be back.“

“I came in last night and had a cheese burger. It was so good , I came back tonight, AND I had a coupon for a FREE burger from somewhere else, but I chose to spend money just to experience that delicious burger again. Made fresh, great buns, the drink fountain is state of the art, and the fries are glorious. I had regular fries last night, tried the Cajun tonight both are fantastic!! I also tried one of the shakes tonight and it was thick and delicious!! I recommend trying the classic combo, comes with burger, fries and a drink for a good value.“

“Miss Aracely the Store Manager is Amazing!!

I came in with some coworkers to grab lunch and head back to the office for a lunch meeting.. After returning back to the office, I discovered that only my order was incorrect.. Soon as I was free, I called and asked to speak to the manager immediately! Aracely was very professional despite my clear and obvious frustration and smart remarks.. I was mostly upset because not only did I not get to eat during our spirited lunch meeting that was all doom and gloom, I was the one that hyped up the team for Five Guys to be the only one not to eat.. Aracely remained claim, professional, and offered solutions to right the wrong. Aracely assured me that she would save my order number and right the wrong a day of my choice, I called baloney lol.

“I always love Five Guys when and wherever I can get it. Although it is not very often as it is one of the more expensive burger places you could go to and its not really a craft type burger. But it is good nonetheless. If only they would not punish you for liking french fries. Goodness sakes their fries are almost as expensive as the burger. Why, when potatos are so inexpensive. Anyway this is not a rant about price, just a wish that they would come down in price as that is the only way I'll get the rest of my family to join me at Five Guys. They refuse to pay this much. However, I will return once or twice a year but would make it monthly if the prices came down.“
