Had reservations yesterday for early birthday dinner. This was my first time there. We arrived 30 minutes early. The nice ladies at the hostess stand was nice enough to go ahead and seat us. The ambiance was nice and cozy. Dim lighting. We had the pleasure of having Grayson as our waiter. He went over the menu and gave great suggestions. Everything at this establishment is OUTSTANDING and perfection from the time you are greeted until you walk out the door at departure. Food and service is excellent and of the highest quality. We have dined here more than once and have never been disappointed. We have very high standards, and they always are exceeded. Thank you to everyone at Capitol Grille for making every visit special.

The service and food are always excellent at The Capital Grill in Ft. Worth. I recommend the calamari as an appetizer, followed by your choice of any protein, in addition to the brussels sprouts and lobster macaroni and cheese as sides.
