The Capital Grille offers a fine dining experience with a cozy and elegant ambiance. The service is attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations. The food is a highlight, with steaks cooked to perfection, including the NY bone-in steak with the Kona rub. Sides like the Lobster Mac N Cheese and Au Gratin Potatoes exceed expectations. For those with dietary restrictions, gluten-free options are carefully provided to ensure a safe dining experience. The Sea Bass is highly recommended. The salmon was delicious. The filet was enjoyed. The staff is outstanding, super knowledgeable of the menu and very friendly. The bread is fresh and delicious, and they give you plenty of butter. The calamari appetizer is outstanding with a little spice. The chowder is fantastic. Guests have had wonderful experiences during anniversaries and other significant events.
