I celebrated my birthday at The Capital Grille, and our server, Matt, made me feel so special! The complimentary desserts were wonderful, and both the food and service were amazing.
My family and I had an amazing dinner tonight. The food was awesome and our server was amazing. Her name was Hailey we found out that her husband is in the military, so thank you to him for his service. She is absolutely phenomenal and extremely personable and knowledgeable about her menu. As well as what pairs with what! Give that girl a raise! Thank you again Capital grill for having me and my family. And thank you Hailey for the best service we’ve ever received at a restaurant!

The Capital Grille offers a fine dining experience with a cozy and elegant ambiance. The service is attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations. The food is a highlight, with steaks cooked to perfection, including the NY bone-in steak with the Kona rub. Sides like the Lobster Mac N Cheese and Au Gratin Potatoes exceed expectations. For those with dietary restrictions, gluten-free options are carefully provided to ensure a safe dining experience. The Sea Bass is highly recommended. The salmon was delicious. The filet was enjoyed. The staff is outstanding, super knowledgeable of the menu and very friendly. The bread is fresh and delicious, and they give you plenty of butter. The calamari appetizer is outstanding with a little spice. The chowder is fantastic. Guests have had wonderful experiences during anniversaries and other significant events.
