It did get a little busy later in the night, but service still stayed decent. Not the fanciest spot around, but it's somewhere I'd definitely come back to for drinks and a chill night out.“

“Stopped into Finn MacCool’s Pub and it felt like a proper Irish pub—dark wood, cozy corners, and a relaxed, welcoming vibe. It’s the kind of place where you can grab a pint, actually hear the people you’re with, and not feel rushed out. Drinks were poured well, and the beer selection covered the basics plus a few good extras. Food was solid pub-style comfort food, perfect to share while watching a game or listening to music. “Just left and will never go back. Ordered a burger and didn’t realize until I had eaten several bites that a large portion in the middle was totally raw. Not just undercooked a little - totally raw. I chose to not send it back as I had consumed some of it but saved it to show the waitress. When she told the manager, the manager blamed her ( the waitress). I then spoke to the manager and she would not listen and kept insisting it was the waitress who was responsible. She talked right over me, and was downright nasty.She admitted she didn’t bother to look at the burger. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was not asking for anything just explaining it was not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen didn’t cook the burger. The waitress was very concerned and apologized. She did an excellent job of customer service.“

“Might have been an off day with fewer staff than normal because we had to keep going to the bar to get service but besides that, the service we got was outstanding considering how much the two staff members were juggling, especially the primary bartender. The food and drinks we ordered were excellent! It appears the front desk is on the 24th floor, between the elevators and the lounge so don't feel you got off on the wrong floor. Because of how hard staff worked to take care of us, in spite of being short-handed, they didn't complain and took good care of us. We plan to return.“

A quick message asking about a house guitar and it was answered in under five minutes. So, on we went looking for the treasure of a good time and boy, we found a DIAMOND!!! For the time we walked in it felt like we were part of the family. Plenty of singing, strumming, and jokes for everyone. The beer was ice cold and at wonderful prices. The hospitality was top-notch.
