I booked the hotel through the Four Seasons and then found out that ownership had changed. It was to be a staycation for 2 nights over Christmas when my son was visiting. I was concerned when I learned that it was now a Marriott. I spoke to Marcus, the front desk manager and he assured me that it was to be a Ritz Carlton. We received gracious and attentive service throughout our stay. Special thanks to front desk agents Andres and Anada, massage therapist Lexi, and LAW server Ben. But everyone we interacted with during our stay was generous with their time. Hotel was adequately staffed in all areas including valet, in-room dining, spa locker rooms, pool deck, concierge desk. If I needed something or had a question, there was always someone nearby to assist.

I was so pampered by Omar, the front desk manager, Kim the concierge, Tolga, the room manager, Marcus, the front desk manager, Andres at the front desk. I spoke to Todd Morrow, the General Manager, who was tremendously gracious. I appreciated the valet staff, Louis, at the concierge desk and every person that I interacted with!
