Nice place

Ownership changed from Four Seasons and the spa was terrible. More expensive, diminished services, and all electronic devices are banned, even a kindle to read a book. They just want you to pay and leave, vs the Four Seasons encouraged you to enjoy the locker room, have lunch, and relax. Not the new ownership! They don’t have a clock, but don’t dare look on your phone for the time. Plenty of other spas in this area who treat their customers better.

We booked a special rate which included a $200 spa credit per night. At check out there was some confusion and we were not given the credit. After going back and forth, were assured it was corrected and we would be emailed the receipt. The next day we received it and we were still charged the extra $400. We have tried multiple times to reach someone and have not been able to do so. Do not leave without the receipt in person. Otherwise the resort was dated, but nice. Beautiful grounds. We usually stay at the Crescent and really thought we had found a new place but with the dishonesty on the charges we will not be back.

I was so pampered by Omar, the front desk manager, Kim the concierge, Tolga, the room manager, Marcus, the front desk manager, Andres at the front desk. I spoke to Todd Morrow, the General Manager, who was tremendously gracious. I appreciated the valet staff, Louis, at the concierge desk and every person that I interacted with! We were tremendously pampered and so spoiled by our stay! We even had a Christmas tree in our room and wine and snacks. It was beyond our expectations. I hope that this review goes through as I have had difficulties. I came for a staycation with my son. I have been coming here to this resort for staycations for 35 years!

I booked the hotel through the Four Seasons and then found out that ownership had changed. It was to be a staycation for 2 nights over Christmas when my son was visiting. I was concerned when I learned that it was now a Marriott. I spoke to Marcus, the front desk manager and he assured me that it was to be a Ritz Carlton. I have traveled the world and stayed at Four Seasons and Ritz Carltons and always have been very pleased by the high standard of service. I can't wait to spend Christmas at the resort. My son and I always go to the holiday brunch when he is in town for Thanksgiving and/or Christmas. We are going at 11 am so that we can take pictures of the desserts before they are disturbed - they have high heel shoe desserts! Thank you Marcus!

We received gracious and attentive service throughout our stay. Special thanks to front desk agents Andres and Anada, massage therapist Lexi, and LAW server Ben. But everyone we interacted with during our stay was generous with their time. Hotel was adequately staffed in all areas including valet, in-room dining, spa locker rooms, pool deck, concierge desk. If I needed something or had a question, there was always someone nearby to assist.

A three night stay at the property was nothing less than fantastic. The staff, at every level and at every venue within the Resort topped any experience thus far. From the helpful bell captains (in sweltering heat), to the Spa employees, the pro shop, tennis instructor (Matt!), Aerial Yoga instructors (Megan and ? ), manager of LAW, the restaurant, Ms. Otero and many others handled everything we asked of them, and more. Many of the employees have been at the property for 20 plus years and that speaks volumes about management. The Villa rooms are terrific...and the entire property was squeaky clean. Thanks again.

Glad to have the hotel back open. We came here again for our anniversay and really enjoyed our stay. Food was good. Service around the pool was also good considering the amt. of people. Good to see all the people around the pool again. I felt the service over all was not quite back up to the Four Seasons stardards. We always stay in a villia. We had to call for our roomed to be cleaned up two of the three days we stayed. Also, called for have a bellman and our car ready to go an hour or so before we were ready to leave. The person assured me all was good to go. The bellman never showed and we carried all of our things to the front and found our car was still not there. I really think they are short staffed because this has nevered happen at this hotel. Overall we are looking forward to next anniversay and going back again.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a resort hotel. The Four Seasons has an adjacent golf & tennis club. Their members get to use the hotel pool. On July 4th there were no seats available at the pool. Instead of limiting the number of members or giving the hotel guests priority at the pool, the place was overcrowded. The swimming pool looked like how I would imagine swimming in a toilet would be. Hotel guests pay more than club members for the same food & drinks. The hostess at Law restaurant was snooty. The tables at Outlaw bar were filthy. Overall customer service was weak. I’m sorry I stayed there. I’ll never go back.

We had a group of people staying at the property for 3 days for a graduation. We chose the property due to its central location and many amenities. Positives: Phenomenal facilities (pool, patio, lobby, golf, gym), friendliness of staff, COVID precautions). Teh fact that literally everything we needed was located within the property really made the planning and the experience super easy. Could not find another property in the Dallas metro area that could come close. Negatives; While everyone was super nice, the service seemed off a bit. Kinda slow, certain details missed. Juts slightly below 4-seasons standards. And it most noticeable to most of us in the group. My sense is that hiring and training coming out of the pandemic is a challenge. This is common in so many places and the 4-seasons is not immune. My guess is 6-12 months from now this slight deficiency will be corrected. We would absolutely stay here again and plan another event here in the future

Unbelievable day today on this fabulous property! After THE BEST massage ever from Stacy in the Spa I decided to head out for some shopping! Natalie at the concierge desk went above and beyond by providing me every option available to get around. I literally was floored by her customer service and attention to detail while getting me all setup. Her team member Courtney greeted my when I literally pulled up and was all up to speed on my day and experience. Absolutely flawless service! I can’t thank them enough and when Natalie refused her tip I of course had to write a review! Looking forward to returning again in the future! Thank you for realizing that the little things matter most! Cheers! Bailey

I attended a wine tasting event held at the Four Seasons Las Colinas in Dallas on April 24, 2021. It was my first since the Covid 19 outbreak. The hotel staff (concierge, front office, catering, housekeeping, banquet services and in-room dining) followed all the protocols to ensure I had a safe and secured stay. It was a great experience!!!

I am a frequent customer at the salon. Today I noticed a couple walk into the salon with no mask. Which per their COVID-19 safety on their website mask are required along with temperature taking and a questionnaire you complete at the salon regarding COVID-19. My hairdresser walked me back to the shampoo bowl which the seating is not 6 feet apart the couple were there and the lady was washing her partner’s hair. The couple were guest in the hotel not employees. The couple then proceeded to a hairdressers station and she began cutting her partners hair. After my hairdresser saw the Frustration I had with this she went to the front to talk to the manager Amy. Amy then proceeded to come into the salon and ask them to put on mask. Upon leaving I spoke to Amy and ask her why this was allowed and do they not have to follow the same protocols I did upon entering the salon. She stated yes but she could not be everywhere at all times which is odd because she was at the front and there’s no way she could’ve not noticed them walking into the salon without mask. Why are guest allowed to come in to a salon and perform their own services? Very disappointed!!!

The Four Seasons Resort in Dallas simply did not live up to the Four Seasons brand. Aside from the obvious aging of the resort, there was not one aspect of our stay that met expectations. Service, cleanliness, attention to detail etc. all fell short of the Four Seasons standard.
