My wife’s flight was canceled, so American Airlines gave her a hotel voucher and food voucher. Because of the proximity to the airport and an early flight out the next morning, my wife reserved at this hotel. I’d previously read about the subpar shuttle service, but did not know it could be so deplorable. if you pay over $100 a night you should be able to park In the parking lot for FREE not have to be charged $20.00 a day. That is ridiculous! I could understand if I was flying and left my car for a week or something like that!
