“Stopped by with a family member, after taking our kids to Gammil Park and we were super impressed! It’s normally a little out of the way from where we live, but we both agreed that we’d make it a point to stop in (at least) once a month. Between us, we ordered chicken Alfredo pasta, 2 pizza slices, 1 calzone, and spaghetti with meat sauce. The portions were big and each dish was so delicious! Definitely excited to go back and bring friends.“

“Its a local place that is good. They have tried to teplicat some items that is carried by another local restaurant called Cristina's. Villa Grande does excellent on some items. Far surpassing some othe restaurants. But lacks a bit on other items. IMHO, their Molcajete is subpar from Christina's. And their chili rellano is subpar from other restaurants. But their tacos and enchiladas are by far their strength. They are VERY good with great sauces for their texmex enchiladas. Everyone loved their texmex tacos.“

Even though they were about to close, the young man kindly took the time to serve us with such a great attitude and outstanding customer service. I regret not asking for the name of the young man who helped us, but he mentioned that he is the owners’ son. The empanadas were absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!“

“We LOVE this place! They have the best gyro meat in town. Our family recommends the hummus, gyro plate, chicken pita, salmon, falafel and any of the salads! My father in law also raved about the chicken and shrimp sandwich. So many yummy options! The owners are so delightful. This is our go to place for Greek food. Well worth the 30 minute drive to get there from where we live.“

I’ll be honest, I didn’t leave a huge tip, mostly because it feels like so many places these days expect a tip even for takeout, and I’m always much happier tipping when the little details and service are there too.

We were craving Cajun but it was going to be almost 10:30 when we got there. (They close at 11) So I called ahead to order food so we could sit and eat right away. The manager was so sweet and said, no need to call ahead, just come on in. Insisted! It’s almost end of shift and our server was still smiling and friendly as ever. “Solid 4-4.5/5. The food tastes like my friend's Indian mother's home cooking. The veggie samosa are fantastic. Flaky shell, and the filling is savory with a nice blend of spices. The mint chutney, is fresh and a strong but not overpowering favor. The tamarind chutney is a nice balance of sweet and tangy.

Goat biryani is great. Fork tender meat, with a good amount of spice to let you know you are alive. The side of yogurt is a must and adds a nice creamy balance.

Saag paneer is a must. Creamy, savory. The paneer is tender but firm and holds its shape.

I will most definitely be coming back to try the other dishes.“
