“The food tasted just any other Dickey's (which I really enjoy). The portions also matched expectations of other Dickey's, so the food was 5 stars for me.The main person at the register looked somewhere between "meh" and annoyed both while we were paying for our food and while two other groups were ordering. So service was 3/5.The atmosphere was alright. Other Dickey's have more of a BBQ feeling and less of a general fast food feeling. The biggest "environment" fault, however, was the dead grasshopper under our table. That's just gross. 2.5/5.“
“First time at twin peaks and I could be happier, Samantha was awesome at taking care of us. Her prompt service and attention to detail was exceptional. Food was out on a timely manner and the beer was ice cold. She really made the whole experience an unforgettable one. She conversat openly with us while still taking care of everyone in her seating lodge. She went above and beyon to what her duties demanded and let me tell you she was the best at it. This is the type of quality in personal that the establishment should keep looking for.“
“Kenzie C. was a great server. It was the best service we have ever had at a twin peaks. Her along with the rest of the team made sure our meal was hot and fresh. She was very prompt and we never had to ask for anything. Our drinks were never empty. Her timing was spot on.“
“Food was great. We got the BBQ jumbo wings, and the Buffalo chicken burger. My daughter had Mac and cheese with fries. Maria was an excellent server. She is amazing with kiddos and makes sure you get exactly what you want to eat. She has tons of recommendations and doesn’t leave you hanging. Will definitely be back.“
“I rarely give 5 stars for all three categories, but I really feel I must for Towne Grill. The food was fantastic and I think the meatloaf there is the BEST I have ever had...grilled on the outside and soft on the inside with a lovely muchroom gravy. The steak salad is also very good...amazing actually. FInally, the kids mac and cheese, fried, and the deviled eggs were all delicious too. The place is very comfortable, clean and well laid out. Glad we had our anniversary dinner there!Kid-friendliness: Great kids food!“
“I needed to order a cake for someone with a VERY strict diet. DeVivo Bros. was the only place that would consider taking this vegan and dairy free cake order. They were up front with me and told me this is a first-time order but he did his research and was willing to give it a try. This cake not only turned out beautiful but was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! THANK YOU SO MUCH!“
“"Campfire Grill in Watauga is a hidden gem for breakfast lovers! From the moment you step in, the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make you feel right at home. The breakfast menu offers a wide variety of delicious options, from classic favorites to unique twists. Not only is the food top-notch, but the prices are incredibly reasonable, making it a fantastic value for the quality you receive. Whether you're craving fluffy pancakes, hearty omelets, or crispy bacon, Campfire Grill delivers every time. Don't miss out on this local treasure for a satisfying and affordable breakfast experience!"“
“First timers at this diner. What a GEM!! The food, DELICIOUS, The service, ON POINT, The Ambiance, COUNTRY BIKER. The wife had the migas, wow, just like mama used to make. I had the weekend AYCE buffet. ($16.99 adult/$11.99 senior/ $8.99 kids). What a selection, Omelettes anyway you want, Eggs anyway you want, French toast, pancakes (see picture for flavors). And a huge sides station. I had three eggs over medium, bacon, potatoes, toast and pancakes. All for $11.99. I could only do one serving but if you have a huge appetite this place is for you. The food was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was so on point and friendly. Kudos!“
“The most consistent restaurant in Roanoke. The staff is always professional and continues to provide great service. The wings are phenomenal. Have chose to come here for birthdays, game day, late night dinner, etc. and have never been let down.“
“They did a magnificent job transforming this location from the "Snooty Pig". It is decorated like a 4-star plus restaurant you'd see in a nice area in a big city. We were there at dinner time on a Friday night. It was very slow, surprisingly. If it was in a different location, the bar would be full of people! We had a family of 5 eat two appetizers, the spinach-artichoke dip and the clams. They were both amazing. I used all the bread and ordered more just to soak up the juices and sauce. We thought they were just a bit overpriced by about $2-$3 each. We ordered the Ribeye, the Sirloin, and the Seafood Pasta. It was all very good. My only issue was pricing. The location and average pricing compared to other restaurants of the same caliber makes me believe they are slightly higher priced by $4-$6 per main dish. My daughter got the chicken strips. They were so huge and of great quality. The sweet tea was refreshing. However, it had a weird after taste. The wait staff were good, especially when we had to send the sirloin back because it wasn't medium. It came out very "blue". They recooked it perfectly. We will definitely be back when we have a little higher budget and want good food!“
“Easy 5 stars here. There was zero wait. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and on Saturday night they got us right in. Please note they were busy too.I had the kabob with rice and my wife had a burger and we shared a baked potato. That is the best baked potato I’ve ever eaten! The atmosphere is wonderful. So many things to look at. My favorite part was the bucket of toy soldiers and a sign that said to take one and put it somewhere and when you see it pray for our military and service members. If you are ever in the area stop by! It is worth your time and money.“
“Selecting the family meal option for takeout proved to be a convenient choice! I appreciated the ease of ordering without having to enter the establishment. My experience was enhanced by prompt service and flavorful food! Love their rolls and cinnamon butter.“
“Amazing breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. Feels much like your mommas or grannies home. Country and country friendliness comes right with it. The chicken fried steak is to die for and the hash browns are something you can’t stop thinking about if you tried!Parking: Plenty of parking nearby“
“Very delicious food, good portion for the price paid. If you order chicken regularly, they are at least 4 pieces. The waitress Savannah was very friendly and explained very well. They had no menu, no wifi. However, when I took the food in a bag, I forgot it on the table. When I returned, they had already thrown it away, but the manager gave me a complete meal just as I had ordered, as good as new. I thought it was a very good gesture. I definitely have one more place to visit more often.“
“The staff were AMAZING! Morgan handled our group of 18 like a pro! She was friendly, professional, cheerful, attentive and an excellent representative for Joe’s. The manager stopped by our table to ensure everyone was doing well and there were no issues. We will be stopping in every time we are in the area! Thank You Joe’s“
“My wife and I are here for our second visit, first was for a breakfast. Service is always fast and attentive, and the place is very clean. Breakfasts were excellent, and two different panini sandwiches for lunch were also very good. My only beef/suggestion is that if you visit on a cold day, sit far, far from the door, as wind just drops the front half temperature by about 5 degrees everyone someone enters.“
“I love this bar, the people and the atmosphere. It's right by my work and a great place to go for a drink and unwind and play a game of pool. The service is awesome, especially the bartender Luda. Easily my favorite bar and amazing food! ?“
“We were there this morning for breakfast. My wife and daughter ordered a plate that they were going to share with each other. my daughter asked for no tomatoes since she is allergic to citric acid. Well, their food came, and my daughter started to eat the food and found some tomatoes in the food, so our waiter came over and asked if everything was okay and we said that there were tomatoes in her food. He then went and got his manager. She was the best manager we ever had come in contact with at a restaurant. She apologized for the miscommunication, and she would take care everything. We will definitely go back because they treat their customers great!“
“The food was good and all, but what made it a 5 star experience was our server. Nancy was absolutely hilarious and an amazing server. Our table was right under the AC and so I was really cold by the time we were ordering. She wasnt able to adjust the temperature so SHE BROUGHT ME HER JACKET!! I have never had such an incredible service experience. At first we were all joking around about it, next thing I know theres a jacket over my shoulders. After our meal was done she put my leftovers in the box for me.“
“We stayed at the hotel for business. This was a nice bar to go to and the dinner was fantastic!! They have a full service bar and can make anything you want. The bar tender was fantastic. I requested an Jamison mule as well as something of his choice with Jamison, so he made me a cold brew which was fantastic but dangerous!!Overall if you’re oooking for a nice dinner and a place to have a few cocktails, this is a great place especially if you’re staying at the hotel. No need to look any further.“
“Awesome local bar with a great staff and a fantastic patio with sunset views, fairly priced and they serve food pretty late which is rare in this neighborhood. They offer all the bar stuff during the week, karaoke, poker, etc. Not the spot if your looking for something fancy, but a great place for a cold beer and a shot with nice people and a great view“
“We normally order the kids sometimes the portion is large enough that if we would cut the burger in half it's a good tasting burger just it's a very unique and creative menu. But we old fashion burger. Best in town. This establishment is always clean and the service is always great food is amazing well what we order. ??“
“The french toast is to die for. The custard is soaked all the way through, and it's seasoned well. It melts in your mouth, and I didn't think it needed any syrup. My husband thought the sausage patties were bland, but loved his waffle.“
“I love this placealways do a awesome job on the cheese and eggs with the raisin toast order. Bacongreat, guys, not. I'm saying there's not good women there. But i've always been there when it's always me but awesome service good “
“We need to keep these family owned places open in our community. To do that, we must support this place. Forget Domino's or Pizza Hut; this pizza is FIRE. Sauce is sweet and amazing, and the dough tastes soooo very good. Service was amazing, and this place and restrooms are very clean. As a 6th Gen Texan, please come out and help this place out. Reminds me of my 80' and 90's style pizza places we all had in our smaller Texas towns we grew up in. Good for families and friends. Even serve pitchers of beer with several Arcade games and TV's mounted on walls, so one can catch that game. Was just there last night, and the atmosphere was great. Bring your families here and support local businesses along with amazing pizza. Tell them Matrix sent you for a free water“
“I had scrambled eggs, ham and French toast. For me the French toast was too soggy. So I asked for pancakes instead. No fuss and those pancakes were yummy. I usually eat the French toast but it was more toastier and firm the last time. I'm going back of course. Service is great and one order of soggy French toast can be easily switched. Long live Stevie's Diner!“
“The food is incredible! We love the regenerative beef and chicken practices! Burgers are top notch, you can tell ingredients are fresh! Only gripe were that we wish the fries were cooked in beef tallow!! Service was phenomenal, we had Rowdie take great care of us! This place is great overall with a nice outdoor patio area to dine and they have a great 3-6pm 1/2price happy hour Monday-Wednesday!! Would highly recommend!“
“The food was amazing! It was made when ordered so the fries were hot and the hamburger patties were hot but my pickles were cold! It's in a gas station, but it was well worth the price and it was inexpensive to boot! Def will be back!“
“Good old fashioned diner! I came late for breakfast, so had a club sandwich - better than average. The ONION RINGS were delicious, and I wanted more. Very pleasant server's. Had fun talk with older gentleman who told me their group met every Thursday (I'm older too!), and I was welcome to join them. They have daily specials, pot roast, meatloaf - etc. and it's 10+ dollars. You should try them - want to go back for breakfast!!“
“Always a great place to eat and hang with friends.Parking: This location shares lots with other local businesses. There’s tons of parking but the open spaces are not necessary right next to the business you’re visiting. The walk isn’t super long.“
“Tommy and his wife are the best! They are very personable and friendly. I have been a customer for quite sometime and their selection of donuts great. They also endeavor to offer new and exciting menu items on the regular. Go check them out!“
“Our waiter was new at waiting tables, he worked as a cook and changed positions. Anyway he(Danny) was so fantastic! Great service, great food and the Island martini was fabulous!Had Baby back ribs and steak! Wowww so good. Excellent place, and waiter was great!“
“My friend and I went on a Sunday afternoon to watch a ? game. We had $2.50 draft beers and fresh cut fries which were great. We had some well drinks also that were $3.25. The staff were very friendly and we had a great time. It’s a great little local bar with food and reasonable priced beer and cocktails. Worth a visit.“
“Decent steak. My only complaint was we had a 25 minute wait even though I could see at least 7 empty tables and there was only 1 couple in front of us. About 12 customers left shortly after our arrival and there was still another 15-20 minute delay. When we were seated there were about 10 empty tables. But is about the nicest restaurant we have in Haltom. Recomend the center cut filet and the loaded baked potato. The peach cobbler and ice cream were good.“
“I wanted to try their burgers after reading positive reviews. I've tried both the Jalapeño as well as the Serrano Burger and both were amazing. I'm not even a big fries person unless they're really good. I couldn't stop eating them either. It might be pricier than your avg burger, but it's the best one I've ever had!“
“This is a nice little sportsbar to hangout at. Nothing super unique so only 4 stars. But the service was great. Our server took the time to go through the menu with us and give some recommendations. The bartender made amazing drinks and the food was good, just what you'd expect to get at a sportsbar/drafthouse.“
“Our second visit to First Watch was like night and day compared to our first. The sangria was fresh, our drinks never went empty, and you have to try the Million Dollar Bacon – sweet and salty perfection. Exceptional service, delicious food, and an all-around delightful brunch experience. Can't wait to go back! Now I understand where all the five-star reviews come from.***EditedThe service was abysmal, with disinterested and inattentive staff. We waited 30 minutes for water, which arrived after our appetizer and food despite asking multiple servers. The food was average, but the prices didn't justify it. The server seemed more focused on closing than serving, as evidenced when he promptly brought the check before we finished eating. The manager, Roberto, couldn't accommodate our split check request, adding to the frustration. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with poor service and inflated prices. Save your time and money and choose a brunch spot that values its customers.“
“Spent the weekend in Fort Worth and found My Cafe in a strip mall area. We had breakfast, and it was very good. They seem to have a wide variety of different breakfast foods. My dtr had the oreo pancakes with a side of eggs. I had eggs, sausage, and toast (nothing exciting, of course). The staff was very helpful and very friendly. There was plenty of parking, smoke-free, and handicap accessible. There was also an option for outdoor seating as well. Hope to return in the future. Happy in Texas ?“
“Delivered an Amazon package here along my route and asked the manager whats good, and she said fish tacos and brisket tacos, brisket is smoked in house. Me personally, I never had brisket tacos, so I thought I would try it out.The food is better than I thought, and the manager was super nice. She made sure my order came out first, as I had a busy day in front of me.I'm not used to a bar/lounge atmosphere, so I don't really know how to rate that. I will say that you have to get past the smell of cigarettes if you want to dine in. Otherwise, I would just be ordering pickup. I would NOT recommend bringing children in the restaurant.“
“Absolutely love this place, been in town for only a week and managed to come 3 mornings , I personally love the Belgian waffle however there hasn’t been anything I completely disliked.Belgian waffle with cinnamon powdered sugar: 9.7/10 it’s the right amount of airiness , warmth and sweet, I personally prefer waffles over pancakes thus have tried a ton of places recipes and this is the best by far in my opinionCoffee: hate to say I wasn’t a huge fan of this one, it wasn’t necessarily bad just had a particular taste that isn’t my cup of tea, though I can’t quite put my finger on what it isKale tonic: 8/10 okay this is NOT for people who don’t like sour things, lemme just say I’m someone who hates sour however I didn’t return this to the kitchen I drunk it all, it resemble a green jolly rancher or a sour green apple! I will say it made me feel refreshed, awake and focus after drinking! Definitely great for health nuts or sour lovers.Sunrise (?): 10/10 This new spring drink wasn’t on the menu the other day so I tried it today and let me just say it’s lovely , it manages to taste thick as if it’s a mango smoothie! You can taste all the fruits (except the lime) perfectly together as if you’re eating a fruit skewer! It is very strongly tropical I definitely recommend to fruit lovers! Didn’t make me energized like the kale tonic but it made me and my tummy happyPurple Haze: 9.5/10 Got the non alcoholic version of this and all that’s to be said is This is what a lavender lemonade should taste like.Hawaiian French toast: 9/10 Got without the coconut whipped cream and it was delicious as you can tell by the rating, would get again much prefer over the (usual??) French toastHoley donuts: 6/10 Don’t take this review and run with it I’m Very picky with donuts however they were good but not great in my opinion, what helped contribute to the lower than the rest rating was the chocolate sauce that’s meant to dip them in, it was :( not greatSide of potatoes: 8/10 Okay you can either f up breakfast potatoes or make them right, these in my opinion were made how most would want, I’m not huge on butter so I sent them back BUT they were tenderly soft, very well seasoned, warm and very buttery.Blueberry pancakes: 9.5/10 Bigger than expected, warm and filling ! Perfectly cooked and good in our tummy!Eggs: Are eggs“
“I went in to pick up a to go order and everyone was super helpful! They have some of the best salmon and veggies I've ever had! Oh anf the 5 layer lemon cake with Blueberries is a must...I normally dislike lemon cake, yet their cake is amazing!??“
“So let me explain 4 stars, the quality of the food is very good. The prices are reasonable. There are other Breakfast restaurants around with better quality food & a far more extensive menu. But this place has phenomenal service, nice people, great small town atmosphere. All this & the reasonable prices make up for the limited offerings & slightly lower food quality. One BIG suggestion though, if you are a Breakfast restaurant, you MUST have more juices than just Orange juice. Although it does come in a huge glass & that is a big plus !We eat here often as a change of pace from our favorite breakfast restaurant, which costs more.“
“Decent little pool hall. Lots of TV's. Good chill atmosphere. Tables are quarters only, which is usually cheaper, but know this before you go in. They have a change machine on site. Luckily I had a dollar bill and some loose change in the vehicle.“
“We have a great time here. Best bowl of beans around. We usually bring a big crowd in with us. It would be awesome if the owners would splurge on new chairs. The chairs have been VERY VERY VERY used. Definitely got your money worth on those. Great place to hang out with friends. Owners are very cool and down to earth kinda people!“
“Place is fun and friendly from the staff to the patrons! Good prices too! There's a kitchen personally hav not had any food here. Plenty of it near by though. There is seating inside and outside heaters and a fire pit with live music at times! Chek it out!“
“Not going to lie to you, the kitchen is not good. The burgers are decent. Anything that's fried is inconsistent and most time comes out undercooked. The most reliable best item on the menu in my opinion is the grilled chicken salad. The bartenders and drinks are great and reasonably priced though. I don't go there to eat. I go there for the camaraderie and for bar trivia. The atmosphere is very laid back and chill. Always a fun crowd. I think in the 10 or so years I've gone there I've seen one or two altercations.“
“What a great place to have some drinks and play some darts. I have been coming up here for dart league and to watch Rangers games. The staff is friendly and the drinks are ice cold. The dart set up is the best in Fort Worth from what I can tell.“
“Maddy was a fantastic server. Always asking if we needed anything. Always checking on us. Not making us feel like a burden when we had a big order (large group of friends). Very professional and caring of the customers. 10/10 would eat/drink here again. 100/10 if Maddy is my “
“All of our dishes were beautifully presented and tasted amazing! 5 star amazing!I had the crab cake salad, and my boyfriend had grilled salmon. We had the trout dip as an appetizer. Others in our party had steaks, fish tacos, grilled chicken, and the spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer. The cocktails were also worth mentioning, very good. We had a key lime pie and tres leches for dessert. Everything was outstanding! I would definitely not skip the desserts even if you get it to go. They’re THAT good! The service was fast and friendly. We’ll definitely be repeat customers. This place is a hidden gem.Kid-friendliness: We had 4 littles 4 and under in our party of 14. That can be a challenge for everyone. The servers and staff were very kind, patient, and accommodating. Much appreciated!“
