“This is the oldest restaurant in Haltom City. I remember visiting here back in 1990 when I was taking a course at Texas Wesleyan. The pho is excellent, and I believe the soup has a unique, delicious flavor that has stood the test of time. Although the service can be a bit slow, it’s worth the wait once you taste the pho. I always like to come back whenever I have the chance. I highly recommend trying the pho here!“

“Despite the name, this isn't really a pho restaurant. I think they do serve pho, but it's mainly Thai and Lao. We've eaten here 10-12 times and it's always delicious. Their panang curry is one of my favorite things anywhere. Their other curries and the pad grapow are very good, too. My wife usually gets pad see ew and always enjoys it.“

“A nice little local gem. If your tummy craves Asian, this is the place to go. Small, good service, and most important good food. I always order the shrimp with vegetables it never disappoints. Bring your cash as they don't take cards. I would point out they need to clean the condiments containers as they look less presentable.“

“We came here because we had heard good things about the pho. I will start by saying that service is friendly enough, and the menu has a good selection of different drinks such as Thai tea and coffees. The phos are also a good selection, and they have other items such as plates and rice dishes. The spring rolls were pretty good, and filling. They tasted fresh and were a good size. However, the pho was alright. The broth tasted good enough, and the toppings were a nice amount. The pho was good, but nothing amazing. While this is a good place to stop for a bowl, I wouldn’t come out of my way to come here. Overall, pretty decent meal.“

“Everything we tried was delicious. I was there with a group so I don’t know what all was ordered. Their egg rolls are so crispy and delicious. The shrimp paste with sugar cane was my favorite I loved grilling the meat and rolling your own spring rolls. It was a fun and delicious dinner. Highly recommend“

“Sweetest owners and the best eggrolls! I usually go to another place on Belknap for eggrolls before I knew Viet Tofu was there. My usual place is closed on Wednesdays, and my son asked for some for a school theatre potluck. I went on Tuesday to make sure I could order ahead for pickup the next day, and bought a few from the ready to eat case to try. They are soooo good. My order was ready on time (I ended up buying more from the ready to eat case again) and my daughter got a few little sweet things that were delicious as well. The eggrolls are a hit with my son's theatre class and I can't wait to try more of what Viet Tofu has to offer.“

“We decided to go see the boxing fight here, the food was very delicious, the waitress who served us was friendly. However, before finishing our drinks, a cleaning girl approached us and told us “I'm going to take away your glasses” (these were more than half full) to which we responded: “give us a moment to finish the drinks” and the girl very mad she tells us: “Then later you are going to go wash them yourselves.” WTF!????? It is a very nice place to have people like that working. I am very very mad with this situation that I do not plan to go again until that person stops working there.“

“Some deep fried sushi really hit the spot after work. i got their hurricane roll and tornado roll. Between those two, i have to say my favorite is the tornado roll. Both were delicious though. i look forward to returning soon.“

“Everything is good food and fast delivery“

“I live within walking distance of this location and have been eating there for years. They only reason I didn't give them a five is because...I mean..it's a fast food taco joint lol. That said, the food hits the spot and and super quick. It's the perfect breakfast after a long night of partying. It's light but satisfying for sure.

They also keep the place very clean. I will give them that. Almost every time I come in there, they're mopping. And, the customer service is always chipper and attentive.

It if you're in the mood for a quick meal that will hit the spot, this is the place for you.

I recommend the super taco. (I add onions)

“I used to work in a restaurant and I would hate when people would come in 2 minutes before we close so I try not to do that when ever I can. I thought this place closed at 11 but it closed at 10. I didn’t realize till I walked out with my food. I walked in and ordered right before they closed and they served me right up. People were great. Food was great.“
