“I have eaten and shared my love of BBQ for years traveling the United States in my job, and living for a time in South Texas enjoying the outstanding Tex Mex cuisine of mesquite wood burning smoked brisket, pulled pork, ribs, chicken, turkey, etc. JR's is a wonderful experience if you are looking for outstanding BBQ, family outing, very professional, friendly staff, with a wide selection of menu options that are simply delicious! I have tried the brisket, pulled pork, chicken, turkey, ribs, mac and cheese, other side dishes, and soups. I have never been disappointed. JR is one of the friendliest, generous, and community- oriented individuals you would ever meet. I have had the opportunity to see his operation from the fire pits in the back, kitchen, and have always been highly impressed with the cleanliness of his facility. That speaks volumes to the importance of not just quality taste, flavor blending of smoke wood meats, but to the importance of food safety. I would highly recommend stopping by and trying the food for yourself as the flavor of mesquite smoked meat is tantalizing to the taste buds, the atmosphere is very friendly/inviting, and the service the best! Suffice it to say that JR and his staff go out of their way to make sure your dining experience is memorable, and enjoyable! P.S. ask JR to let you see the fire pits in the back so you can see where the outstanding BBQ is made. JR is very approachable.“

“Wednesday, 5/19 at the West Side Farmers market, I had the Asada tacos plate, three beauties that were some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. Great quality, nice folks. Highly recommend. They sold out at the market. Hope to see them again out there on Chapin Road.“

“Rusty Taco is one of our favorites for date night. Super friendly staff and great food. Plus you get a punch card for free tacos. The menu is wide so there is something for everyone. Breakfast to Philly steak to fish and everything in between. They also have the juiciest limes ever. There limes are the juiciest, but lately they have been a bit dry, it’s okay though things happen.“

“I do recommend JJ's the food is tasty but....I walked in on a friday after work around 3:30..I always sit at the bar I was shocked to see the whole bar area was dirty and the floor was sticky! I'm a regular at this location on Tarrant Parkway and have always enjoyed the food and the margaritas....I almost turned around and walked out so disappointed! oh, one other thing, when I order food I always have to ask for silverware! I myself have worked in the food industry years ago, I do know the dirty dishes should be picked up when customers are done eating, this helps to keep the area clean even if you are busy which in this case the bar wouldn't be full of dirty dishes and I'm not exaggerating...it was the whole bar area!“

“San Diego Tacos doesn't try to pretend it's something it isnt: and that ads value to the experience. They have solid food 😋 some offerings are very good (I love all their burritos.. especially the barbacoa!). And they have a LOT of different menu items which is nice. The quesadillas and tostadas are really great as well.
The restaurant is clean as are the bathrooms. The tables weren't sticky and the seats/benches were obviously wiped down well. 3 friends and I visited at 7pm and while they were decently busy, they handled our order quickly and it was all correct.
I would recommend this place to anyone.. including my mom n dad.“

“We stay at Radisson Fossil Creek often, front desk worker recommended. WOW..spot on!! We have eaten there twice. Chips Salsa -Excellent! I had pulled Pork Carnitas Enchiladas with Green sauce. It was SOOO good!! My husband had soft tacos with a pork cooked in a sauce didn’t get name. He couldn’t stop eating!! Clean plate!! Ppl are very nice. Space is small, service is quick. We eat out a lot, we highly recommend!“

“I work at the barber shop around the corner (Close Knit Barbershop) and every Barber I work with freaking loves this place. The burritos, the tacos, the quesadillas, All phenomenal. “Fajita steak shish ka bobs!!! Do I need to say more? The location I went only had 5 cars in the parking lot when I showed up. On a SATURDAY night.... had me slightly suspect... but I checked the reviews and it had 4 stars so I had to try it. I wanted something I hadn't had at other Mexican restaurants in my state, so I tried the Steak Shish ka bobs. Whew!!! They were REALLY REALLY good!!! Such a nice variation from the typical. We arrived about two hours before closing and the restaurant was already in full end-of-day mode: chairs on tables and floors being mopped like the finale had started early. We will definitely return and try something else. Be aware there are only 2 booths and a few bar stools so plan accordingly.“

The staff is very friendly and attentive to what you want and the way you want it. Very clean from the food station to the dining area. Great place for lunch they do get packed but they makesure you get in and out as fast as they can and still serve great food. If you haven't eaten there I highly recommend it. “This is a great fast food stop, and definitely the best Taco Casa I’ve been to! Best customer service around, very friendly. At the front counter, Joshua has never met a stranger and will call you by name every time you visit. Don’t know how he remembers all the names, but he does. Always makes me feel like I’m the most important person in the building. The food comes out fast as well - usually before I’m finished paying! Can’t recommend this place enough.“
