I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gilberto's Taco Shop in Arlington, TX, and I have to say, I absolutely loved it! Great little taco shop in central Arlington! Delicious food, everything we had was so damn tasty. From the Birria tacos to the burritos or the loaded fries. All of it was delicious. The Consome was delicious and very well spiced without being spicy. The fresh salsa was also delicious. I really love how small and neat this place is and ambience is 10/10. Tacos from this place has never disappointed me. Love the balanced flavor and seasoning in tacos. And the amount of fries I got for 3$ was amazing.
