25SEP26 NOT super today I drove up asked for a medium cup of vanilla soft serve ice cream ,they rang me up as a medium shake then they fixed it but they didn't put soft serve in my cup. They gave me the shake ice cream, probably to save product but they could of just said so I would have not been as disappointed. Question shouldn't a medium cup of vanilla ice cream be charged at the same price as 2 vanilla soft serve dishes.
I only order through the app. It’s easier for me tbh. My order is CORRECT EVERY TIME I order at this location. Other locations haven’t been as on point. Props to the staff. I appreciate their punctuality and always having a smile even if they are having a rough day. This sonic deserves props for how well they handle the app orders. Thank you.
When asking for a combo, they will still charge each item al a carte with no option to substitute (sub). The food and service are great, but they charge way too much. I went to a different one, and for the samething I ordered at this one, the other was $4 cheaper.
