Drinks are consistently great, but this location always seems to be slow, and probably understaffed. The people working here are always friendly and great to deal with. But I usually go to a different location unless I have 20 minutes to spare.
I don’t know what has happened to this location but lately the service has been SO SLOW. The line was not even long the most recent times I’ve been but the service is so slow? Really disappointing.

I dont think anyone gets why Dutch has 2 lines. All the second line is, is a cut line without speakers. Nothing better than adding a cut line to people in a rush to get to work or needing their am coffee. What doesn't help is how absolutely slow they are. They could compete with Starbucks on slowest baristas.
