This was me and my family‘s first time visiting. I had a coupon, but when I came in, the overall experience was great customer service was good. I was graded and checked up our own. Several of the people were in Canada was so very helpful to include Monaya & Laura
Kelly went above and beyond to make my experience amazing! 1st time trying and was nervous about the menu but she made it so much fun. You don’t teach that. 10/10 will recommend! Go see Kelly!
Kelly made my dad. It was my first time at portillos and wasn't sure what I wanted she recommended the best thing on the menu and gave me the best customer service. She is an assest to this company give her a raise!!
