We tried this location for the first time because we were staying at Gaylord Texan. And the reviews were a little concerning, but my experience was good
Food was accurate, and the manager was really nice (He was in white gown, so I assumed so).

Is annexed to a gas station so it's not as quiet as a regular McDonald's, lots of traffic, facilities not so clean they are more focused on the drive thru than dine in customers.
I love McDonald’s breakfast. The African guy staff was very nice and helpful.

McDonald's offers clean bathrooms and has varying customer service. One customer experienced rudeness from a woman at the counter, while another received outstanding service from Miss Latarce. The assistant General manager Valerie was tactful and calm and helped settle an unhappy dispute with the app. The food quality varies, but the breakfast sandwich and egg McMuffin are praised for being hot, fresh, and quick. The McDonald's app is a convenient feature for deals. A maintenance worker makes an extra effort to connect with customers.
