“I’m writing about the location inside the food court. My son left his bag with two pairs of jeans and a T-shirt that he bought from the Levi’s store. He left it underneath the table after he got his pretzel. He walked off and forgot the bag and a very nice employee, grabbed the bag and held it behind the counter. We can’t thank this employee enough for the kindness that is so hard to find in this world sometimes. Thank you for finding his bag in the middle of the food court on a busy day and holding it.“

Before setting up at Trainer Con, Mr. Pretzels felt like grabbing a quick held item inside a low-traffic mall Gym. Service came through with solid Trainer guidance, helping navigate the menu and unlocking the cinnamon pretzel bites option, a cleaner, bite-sized evolution of the classic sweet move. The bites delivered consistent damage with warm cinnamon flavor like a Flamethrower, and the cherry ICEE acted like a refreshing Ice Beam to round out the combo. Gym conditions were quiet (almost abandoned), which fits the quick-stop playstyle. Not a destination-worthy encounter, but a reliable in-mall pickup that gets the job done.“

“I have been here several times and there focus on fresh is beyond the pale. I mean it's right there behind the glass and they refuse to sell it to me if it's more than an hour old. It drives me crazy because I just want to eat. Today the told me they weren't selling pretzel bites again right behind the glass. I don't know if I want to keep spending my money here and the is an ice cream shop and cookie shop in the same place. I have had issues which the manager and owner have apologized for but still it's ridiculous just take care of the customer. Today may be the last time I get food here. They do not have fountain drinks either so eating in the store is out of the question. Edit: It has gotten a lot better still stressing fresh but being more reasonable. So I will keep going.“

“Never had these pretzels before they were delicious. Met this woman on my flight to Guadalajara our flightgot delayed and she bout me a water to hold her spot in line I can't remember if her name was Patricia or Gina she gave me a card for free pretzels ,I seen one at the airport in Dallas so I grabbed some just want to thank her .“

“Auntie Anne's at the airport was a solid choice! The price was a bit high, but that's to be expected in an airport. The hot dogs and cheese dipping sauce were on point--delicious and satisfying. The staff was cool, got the job done efficiently, and the service was quick despite the busy location. Overall, a pretty solid experience for an airport snack stop. Would definitely go back! Five stars!“
