STORE 5499 10 TIMES BETTER THAN THE GRAPEVINE ARBYS. DISGRUNDLED EMPLOYEES AT GRAPEVING LOCATION. HORRIBLE SERVICE. WILL ONLY GO TO THE STORE IN BEDFORD
People joke about Arby's but i love them! And the actual discount for seniors is much better than most places.
I just went through the drive thru to order. The sweet girl at the window was apparently the only person working there. She was taking orders, taking payment, cooking and RUNNING the food out to cars that were lined up. The poor girl deserves a raise or at least some help!

Recently, a customer appreciated the friendly and upbeat service from Janice at the drive-thru, who even offered to upgrade their drink to a large. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The menu features popular items like the King Hawaiian deluxe fish sandwich, though some wish it was available year-round. The staff take pride in offering a variety of "meats" but no alternative meat options were seen. The dining room, however, could use better maintenance, as floors were sticky and sodas and condiments were out. Despite this, the cashier was extremely nice, and the kitchen staff worked nonstop to serve hot, fresh food. Improvements in cleaning and staffing in the dining area could make the experience even better.
