I visit this location often since I use the area gym and would like some good coffee. 3 weeks ago I stopped by and met one of the staff named patrick. I just ordered some fries and coffee but patrick went out of his way from start to finish to complete and provide McDonald's tree customer service model for me. I have not seen this service from an McDonalds employee in a long long time. At this rate he will move up in rankings very fast as a young leader with the company.
Service here is rarely fast and often forgetful. Pro tip to anyone using the drive thru at this location. DO NOT PULL FORWARD into one of those reserve slots ahead of the pickup window when asked. Just refuse to do that and wait for your food. You will be served faster this way. I have pulled forward for them many times and it always results in a long wait followed by someone coming out to ask "What did you order". Love the playground... good for all ages. Took our 14 month old grandson, and he had a blast!! Also, the larger play area is good for older kids with large slides and lots of room! Food was good and the service staff was excellent and helpful!
