Haven't eaten at this Wendy's in probably seven years. Used to eat here once a week when we lived in Euless. Food was super fresh. Haven't ate Wendy's in three years. Spicy chicken sandwich was really good. I can say they did a good job in revamping this sandwich.
The temperature inside the restaurant was very warm.
Counter help was busy someplace else.
Fries were placed on the tray before sandwich, which resulted with cold fries.

Wendy's provides a mixed experience for its customers. While some visitors have had positive encounters, such as a great drive-thru experience with friendly staff and fresh food, others have faced poor customer service. However, the restaurant is trying to bring up its standards and staff like Amoni and Alex provide amazing, sweet service. The vegetables are consistently crisp and fresh for over a decade and orders are correct.
