There were 2 people ahead of me when I walked in who had ordered and were waiting on their food. When I walked in no one greater me or said, I'll be with you in a moment. I stood there for about 8 to 9 minutes with nothing, so I just walked out. Poor customer service on this night.
Preface: I've been coming to this location for at least 6 months and have not had any issue. IN FACT, even the recovery for a missed item previously handled was admirable!However, today I ordered, and the order was repeated back correctly, but the food(for my son) was wrong: I ordered a Jr. cheeseburger PLAIN and received a fully loaded double cheeseburger. Drive thru attendant really needs to work on her customer service skills. This young lady is rude and seems to have difficulty in the drive thru, doesn’t acknowledge the customer. It’s sad to see that the customer is no longer taken in to consideration when being waited on.
