Went to the opening today, absolutely great to see it was packed and busy, waited 50min to get my order, which under the circumstances I felt was expected, food was fantastic, mushrooms were exactly how I remembered them, except when I got home was missing my daughters nuggets and my chicken roll, I was devastated, waiting yrs to eat this roll again lol. Staff were fantastic and apologetic for wait. Rang and left msgs but no reply...rrcieved a wrap instead of roll, ill be taking...read full review
So often and disappointedly most of the time I bring home fast food and the order is incorrect but Chicken Express in Keller has been the exception. The food was freshly cooked and the the order was exact and even had a couple of extra rolls and tenders.
