This place as really gone down hill this past year. The person taking the order had my order assigned to the stall next to me, the food was a complete mess and messy, I got no straw for my drink and when I asked for one the server never brought it. I was thinking when they took half of their stalls away they would be more efficient but no now they are somehow less efficient. Used to love eating lunch here but now I don’t think I will be coming back for a long time. Also...read full review
The least amount of customer service just to keep their jobs. Crap all over our cups ( ice cream) didn’t wipe it off and or give us napkins. Didn’t give me our receipt and shut the door and took off before I can ask. Not friendly whatsoever just emotionless. No one was at the window or to be seen when I pulled up. Like they were all hiding hanging out then decided to start making the ice cream.
Every 6 or so months i give this sonic a try. I am always quickly reminded why i don't eat here. I ordered from the app. Grilled cheese with bacon and a root beer. The app said it would take 5 minutes so I headed to the sonic. I got there and checked in. 15 minutes after it said it would be ready the lady brought my food out and apologized, I was the only customer there. I get home and my order was incorrect. I hope in 6 months I remember not to give them another shot.
