Got here and the parking lot was not packed, but I know it can get packed. It is not that big, just a heads up.
Walked in and was greeted. They have inside and outside seating. Place was clean. People were leaving and they were cleaning the tables. Now, we got to the counter and the young lady was very nice. Told her that it was our first time. We got a sampler and she mentioned to get medium hot if we like spicy and then go from there. Ordered for and drink, waited and the food was amazing! The Hot honey dip... VERY NICE. You need to go here. Try it out. WARNING ...chairs make TONS of noise because people are too lazy to pick them up instead of dragging it on the floor.“

“Today I finally tried Layne’s, it was wonderful. The chicken is so much better than Canes or Slim Chickens. This is the best chicken I’ve had besides making homemade tenders, which is exactly what it reminded me of. The chicken was tender and the crust/batter is crispy. “Our first time in. I believe the owner served us. Was a pleasant experience. Clean atmosphere, friendly customer service. Carbonated fountain drink was crisp/fresh. Ordered the chicken & waffles. Good size portion and the chicken isn’t overly breaded. Owner walked around & checked on us- offered us a sample of the next heat level up to see if we liked it for next visit. We signed up for the rewards app & the staff applied our points from receipt for us since we waited to sign up after paying. Can’t wait to try again for other flavor & menu options. “My husband and I tried Lolo’s for the first time on Sunday. We learned that when going to Lolo‘s, you want to put yourself on the waiting list on the app before walking in, we waited two hours to be seated although the music was great and food was mighty tasty. Definitely comfort food. I highly recommend chicken and fish mashed potatoes and collard greens were off the chain Not to mention the cornbread. I have to say the food was definitely worth the wait! “Wife and I wanted to try Slim Chicken, we have drove by it many times but never tried it. Went to the drive through and was greeted by the most professional person I have ever ordered from. He asked if we have ever been here before and gave the best explanation of the menu covering every thing. With the detail of where we can find the sauces. His name is Caleb. (Management should give him a raise and place him in as head trainer or Management training)

The Mac n cheese is super creamy and felt like a comfort food. The corn was better than other Mexican food drive thrus. Nothing special about the Charro beans - they were good but not above par. Their flour and corn tortillas were fresh. Overall the food felt wholesome and tasted soooo good! I cannot believe we hadn’t tried this place before! I’ve got a coupon page from the paper and plan to try everything else on the menu. Hah!“

“I was in the middle of a family emergency and stopped to get food for my young granddaughter during 5:00 crowd on my way to pick her up. The Manager was training someone so I politely explained I needed to hurry. He helped me pick a kids meal because I couldn't think straight. He could tell I was rattled. He shared a brief story of a similar emergency he recently went through with a happy ending to give me comfort. He was so kind. He wouldn't accept payment and said he hoped everything turned out good. Two other employees wished me a blessed day before I could leave. I had never gone into a Chil-fil-A before, but it was like a religious experience! My finicky 2 year old granddaughter loved the meal and the book included with the meal. Ive never had cfa ever so i asked my cashier what did she recommend so after i order and all she told me not to worry about it that my meal was on her. After a long day of work I want something that like not a lot but filling so I decide “I love them fry’s from Popeyes” and I go there after stating to the work I wanted ranch more than once I was very excited for the creamy ranch I was promised and I’ll be the first one to say it I love Popeyes cream in my mouth. No pause. But when I got home I open the bag to find no ranch in sight so I had make my own cream and it took me all night just so I could enjoy Popeyes fry’s.“

As I didn’t recognize more than two folks, I figure there are a bunch of new hires.
