I have given this location several tries but it’s not as good as other locations. Here I am five hours out from eating a catfish meal and I still have indigestion and I feel like I have a rock in my chest and in my stomach. Catfish was way too greasy was not drained well enough and it was old grease. Fried okra was tough and overcooked. My jaw hurt from chewing it. I will be returning to this location.
I have tried Lisa's at a different location and was a little skeptical about trying this location based on the reviews. Service was good, staff were pleasant and courteous. Inside was clean, restrooms also clean. The food was excellent and cooked to pefection. Prices were affordable, and the serving sizes were surprisingly large. If it wasn't for the stellar employees working and the service, I would rate this location lower. There was a rush and I watched them all bust their butts to get food out...I just wish they did better with the food. Everyone was so polite and apologetic.
