Got here and the parking lot was not packed, but I know it can get packed. It is not that big, just a heads up.
Walked in and was greeted. They have inside and outside seating. Place was clean. People were leaving and they were cleaning the tables. Now, we got to the counter and the young lady was very nice. Told her that it was our first time. We got a sampler and she mentioned to get medium hot if we like spicy and then go from there. Ordered for and drink, waited and the food was amazing! The Hot honey dip... VERY NICE. You need to go here. Try it out. WARNING ...chairs make TONS of noise because people are too lazy to pick them up instead of dragging it on the floor.“

“Today I finally tried Layne’s, it was wonderful. The chicken is so much better than Canes or Slim Chickens. This is the best chicken I’ve had besides making homemade tenders, which is exactly what it reminded me of. The chicken was tender and the crust/batter is crispy. “This location was rocking it today! I arrived just before noon, the line was a bit long, not the mobile thru lane. ❤ As I was leaving, the line was spilling out into the street! The kitchen I'm sure was getting killed, but all the customer facing employees were delivering as much food to as many cars down the line as they could. Kudos to everyone at this location. I went tonight and I paid for the 5 piece chicken dinner and I just got home and I’m disappointed to see one of my rolls missing.

“Food came out hot and super fast prob came out in 3-5 mins. Got my food before I even put my straw in my drink. Ordered a 3 piece chicken tender combo. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean. “I've been a customer since 99' over in North Fort Worth. Always great stuff. Maybe once at the one on Division in Arlington the chicken was too dry, but now I try the one in Arlington off Pioneer and I'm just so happy with their overall service.“

“Eat at this location nearly every other Friday, and it’s usually very fast, friendly and accurate. However, Friday the 10th, this was not the case. As I didn’t recognize more than two folks, I figure there are a bunch of new hires. Large fries were less than half-full, 5-count nuggets had two that were simply bread & didn’t get the requested sauces. Since we were a dine-in customer, the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently… but had I been a drive-thru order, I might not return. “This location was slammed, lines around the building, but it was still so clean, fast and the employees are so kind. I am always so impressed. The big boss who's photo is at entry was there, he's very hands on and seemingly every nice, bilingual and chatting with customers and staff. When a boss is a good boss, its very easy to see. “So my first experience at the Chick fil a at the north east mall was amazing. Ive never had cfa ever so i asked my cashier what did she recommend so after i order and all she told me not to worry about it that my meal was on her. “My first time ever having Canes was great! They had my food out in literally less than 2 minutes. Chicken was super duper crispy maybe a lil too much breading but it was super good. Toast was solid, and the fries were alright, nothing to write home about. But man that canes sauce was so good. I don't like sauce on things at all, I'm barbeque sauce and nothing else, not even ketchup or mustard, but that canes sauce was something else. TLDR: My first time at Raisin Canes and it will not be my last, they hype is absolutely worth it 🔥“

My mom gets her daily tea from here, but she recently had knee surgery and can't drive. Team member Cathy hand-delivered a tea to her house two weeks in a row. The service here is above and beyond!“

“We ordered at the drive thru and they told us to park in handicapped parking to wait.🤦‍♀️ Then the girl told us we would actually have to come in to get our food because company policy is that they cant bring food out after dark. So I guess I'm curious why they even have a drive thru open at night if they are going to make you park and then make you go in anyway! Our order was over $50 and I love the chicken but am shocked at the terrible service!“

He asked if we have ever been here before and gave the best explanation of the menu covering every thing. With the detail of where we can find the sauces. His name is Caleb. (Management should give him a raise and place him in as head trainer or Management training)
I ordered crispy spicy chicken sandwich with fries. The fries were cold and the sandwich was good but a little salty for my taste. And a little on the high side.“

While I was ordering Iris is usually shy around new people but took to her and did her own 4 year old conversation. How pretty her dress was and made it a awsome experience for Iris. “Excellent service as always. The cashier took our order and was patient and kind with my seven year old while she said what she wanted. They forgot the toy with the kids meal and quickly fixed it.
Everything came as ordered. So easy! Good was great and the place was very clean throughout! I would absolutely go back.
