“Today I finally tried Layne’s, it was wonderful. The chicken is so much better than Canes or Slim Chickens. This is the best chicken I’ve had besides making homemade tenders, which is exactly what it reminded me of. The chicken was tender and the crust/batter is crispy. “First time here. We were immediately greeted by a clean environment and friendly cashier named James. He patiently and quickly answered any questions and helped us pick what spicy level would work for us.
We were checked on a few times while eating to make sure we weren’t in need of anything, which is a huge step above for most fast food places.
The food was freshly made and delicious, and we were impressed with how spicy the extra hot turned out to be.

“I've been a customer since 99' over in North Fort Worth. Always great stuff. Maybe once at the one on Division in Arlington the chicken was too dry, but now I try the one in Arlington off Pioneer and I'm just so happy with their overall service.“

“Eat at this location nearly every other Friday, and it’s usually very fast, friendly and accurate. However, Friday the 10th, this was not the case. As I didn’t recognize more than two folks, I figure there are a bunch of new hires. Large fries were less than half-full, 5-count nuggets had two that were simply bread & didn’t get the requested sauces. Since we were a dine-in customer, the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently… but had I been a drive-thru order, I might not return. “Amazing Wings! We got Pickle Ranch dry rub & Mango Habanero. The MH was SO good & full of flavor & you could smell the dill pickle as soon as u picked up the PR wings. Fries were crispy & had seasoning that was made them so yummy. Hubby & I shared 10 wings, fries & celery/carrot sticks & it was only $18. Way better priced than a lot of places & way more flavor than anywhere. Wings were large & we didn't feel let down like going to wing stop or other well known wing places. Ranch dressing was really good as well, would love to take some to go for home. Will definitely be back. Waitress was super friendly & told us about a lot of other daily specials we should come back for. 10 out of 10 experience! Can't wait to eat here again 🥰“

“We visited the drive thru so have no knowledge of the atmosphere or if kid friendly. The chicken fingers were good but the quality declines as you drive home. I would have been happier with the meal if I could have eaten it there but over all I would say it was good and worth a try. I like their dipping sauce. The coleslaw was ok but I prefer a little sweeter slaw and slightly larger container.“

“So my first experience at the Chick fil a at the north east mall was amazing. Ive never had cfa ever so i asked my cashier what did she recommend so after i order and all she told me not to worry about it that my meal was on her. That she wanted my first experience at cfa to be good. I was shocked that she paid my meal. She was super friendly and sweet. I swear i wish we were bestfriends lol. I went tonight and I paid for the 5 piece chicken dinner and I just got home and I’m disappointed to see one of my rolls missing.

“The best Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A is already known for great customer service, but this location takes it to another level. My mom gets her daily tea from here, but she recently had knee surgery and can't drive. Team member Cathy hand-delivered a tea to her house two weeks in a row. The service here is above and beyond!“

“This location was slammed, lines around the building, but it was still so clean, fast and the employees are so kind. I am always so impressed. The big boss who's photo is at entry was there, he's very hands on and seemingly every nice, bilingual and chatting with customers and staff. When a boss is a good boss, its very easy to see. The kids area was very clean and the food was great. 0 complaints.“

“We ordered at the drive thru and they told us to park in handicapped parking to wait.🤦‍♀️ Then the girl told us we would actually have to come in to get our food because company policy is that they cant bring food out after dark. So I guess I'm curious why they even have a drive thru open at night if they are going to make you park and then make you go in anyway! Our order was over $50 and I love the chicken but am shocked at the terrible service!“

“Excellent service as always. The cashier took our order and was patient and kind with my seven year old while she said what she wanted. They forgot the toy with the kids meal and quickly fixed it.
Everything came as ordered. So easy! Good was great and the place was very clean throughout! I would absolutely go back.

Update: I still love this place but the last three times I have asked for extra bell peppers with my salad, they’ve forgotten. So today, at the window, I asked “and are you sure you put the extra bell peppers in there?” And the girl said “Yes!” Annnnnd I got home and don’t have them. Gahhh I know it’s not that important but they used to always get it right and now it just doesn’t happen anymore. I’d be happy to pay extra for it too. I just want the extra peppers for my salad.“
