At Chicken Express, customers can expect mixed experiences. Some have had issues with incorrect orders, soggy fries, and cold mashed potatoes. However, others have praised the restaurant's customer service, with friendly staff helping to correct mistakes and providing hot and fresh food. Be aware that certain sides, like pickles and cheese sticks, do not come with dipping sauce.
