Henderson Chicken has a cozy atmosphere and offers delicious chicken, particularly their chicken backs. The staff is friendly, with customers enjoying the fresh fried chicken that reminds them of childhood memories. The restaurant has a neighborhood feel, with a welcoming environment. Customers appreciate the good-quality food, including the Greens and Mac & Cheese. Some have experienced issues, such as receiving incorrect orders, like 2 piece breast with fries but getting 1 Breast and 1 Thigh instead. Despite this, the overall experience remains positive, with many returning for the great chicken, and some even waiting 10-15 minutes for their hot and ready meals, especially during lunch time.
