Where do I begin first of all I love Henderson chicken but this location in south Dallas is horrible not to much the food but the workers and service!! We sat in there for a hour waiting on wings the building was hot no air working the workers look like they were on drugs I watch the server take food that was took outside and put it back on the line and when I let her know I saw her she got extremely hostile then the cashier had to put her opinion in it as well I still haven’t gotten the manager number they always slow food hasn’t been the same since they old cook left and went to west Dallas

One of if not the most worst experiences I have ever had since I have been able to pay for my own food and I’m a truck driver this place needs a total overhaul and every single worker needs to be replaced for their poor work ethic and customer service the food is always lukewarm at best you waiting for 15 minutes regardless and the attitudes of all employees is piss poor I go here for convenience but now it’s gotten to the point that it’s not worth that even but we quick to say black lives well not at that restaurant

I was there today around 2:40. I ordered 3pc tender fries n small corn nuggets I didn't get my food till 330. Bout 15 ppl that was behind got there's first pretty pathetic if you ask me. I will never go here again. I'll take my biz elsewhere. Lot better chicken places. 1 star is all i give them!!!

I was disappointed ? this visit. Charge for seasoning, really??? 20 minute wait for chicken; I was hungry, seemed like 60 minutes. There was a long line that didn't move for 15 minutes. Be careful how you treat your customers.

My experiences at this place is always different but my last one was on 2/1/2024 they only had 3 wings and 5 people where in there and the lady taking the orders said it would be 30 minutes on some chicken than 3 more people walked after 10 minutes and she still saying 30 minutes so I turned and left
