“I drive a little extra just to come to this little Caesar’s because I really enjoy the convenience of going through the drive thru. I have 3 little ones and it’s hard to get off the car with all of them. Besides the drive thru being a nice feature there’s a young lady that always is in a happy mood. I will say they never pick up their phone but I always just order online and never had an issue. I past a couple other little Caesar’s on my way to this one but I don’t mind because their pizza is always fresh, drive thru convenience, and their friendly staff.“
“It has been several months and today's service was great. Staff was very efficient and I received a higher discount then expected when using coupon. In the past staff was slower but this new crew on Sunday Sep 10th evening was awesome. Keep up the good work. Chicken and sides were good. Very few pieces were over cooked but majority were fine. Jalapeños bombers were spicy hot and good. Biscuits were slightly over cooked and not as soft though. Try this place.“
“Pizza Patron kicks azzz! First time I tried it was in McAllen, TX. One of the first of their locations. Amazing since day one. The concept is perfect bringing both Italian and Mexican cuisine together. What a genius idea! Try it your gonna love it!“
“I stopped at this location after I finished shopping at Walmart. The sign in the window caught my eye. Bacon Chipotle Cheesesteak. I was surprised when this bubbly young lady greeted me as my first foot stepped in. I ordered she explained the combo pricing, the lemonade pricing and if I wanted to add extra on my sandwich besides what came on it. I'm not sure if she could tell I hadn't eaten here before or she was nice all the time. The sandwich was perfect. Moist, fresh bread no toasted to hard. Chicken juicy and the onions which I just recently started eating on sandwiches was grilled just right. The chipotle ranch sauce is sooooo good. Thank you for a nice experience at this location“
“The Beautiful. lady working at this location is working very hard by herself and still producing very good food and hot food. And being very nice and polite at the same time William's chicken look into your employees and please give this lady a raise. Or just acknowledge her hard work. She is the definition of customer service.“
“I've been there numerous times.... in fact I live right by a Williams Chicken but I choose to drive to the location in Balch Springs off of elam because the chicken is always fresh and hot. The customer service is ? and what I love most about this location is they take pride in running the business and getting the orders correct...most chicken places forget to give you your Pepper's but this location always remember.
