“I ordered pizzas to be delivered at a certain time on a hectic, rainy Friday night. I put in the instructions that we had crazy dogs so please just leave the pizzas on the porch and we would grab them. Not only did they deliver our pizzas at exactly the right time, but they left dog treats with our pizzas. So fun and thoughtful! We always have a good experience with this Rockwall location but this time they really went above and beyond. Thank you, Domino’s, we appreciate you and your thoughtfulness! ❤️“

“The Uber Eats driver messed up and left half the order at the restaurant without talking to anyone there, & and then wouldn't respond to calls/messages. The restaurant made it right without hassle. The half of the order that we did get was delicious. Will be ordering again!“

“I love me some Popeyes. Been to this location a few times and the food is always as expected. The ladies working the front counter could stand to be a little more friendly. I needed a to go box and the lady at the register acted like it was a hardship for her to get off tictoc and hand me a box.“

“I moved to the area recently and I order DoorDash often, once I place my order I usually get my order within an hour but I recently had an incident where I didn’t get my order for almost 2 hours. I called the store and the manager said someone left with my order over an hour ago and that they can’t track the order after it leaves the store. He apologized for the inconvenience and advised me to call DoorDash support, unfortunately the DoorDash customer service has gone down a lot and the drivers now a days are just looking for a quick meal they can steal, but I was able to get my order resent.Most places after DoorDash is placed they have no control over the order and if something happens after it leaves the store then it’s DoorDash’s responsibility, the most the stores can do is ban drivers that have frequently not delivered an order. And the only people who can issue refunds or request the store remake the order is DoorDash. It’s a terrible procedure but it’s no fault to the Little Caesars store! Keep up the good work!“

“tried to call in and order for pizza tonight and had a lot of trouble with my order taker come to find out they were in a call center not even the local store. they put me on hold and then hung up on me my second attempt the person was not any better could not understand them and they could not get my order right. so I called a third time it was told to call back in 3 minutes and she tried to hang up on me and then she would not give me a supervisor to speak with so I decided to drive to the local store. I was very frustrated and ready to tell them that I was not ever going to eat a Pizza hut pizza again but the manager that was on duty named Christy was super helpful and very nice. she definitely won my business back with her hospitality I will not be calling in anymore food but I will definitely be going back to my local Pizza hut in Rockwall on ridge road.“

“Well this guy that was at the counter when I came to pick up my pizza was SO SO SO pleasant and I mean he made everyone who came in after me smile even made me smile … and I don’t smile. So anyways the little personal pan pizza was wrong but I looked at the ticket I put it in wrong I just wanted plain cheese but it wasn’t but it was totally my fault I went back in and said it was totally my fault and he let me keep the first pizza and gave me the second one I needed to order free and said “it happens don’t worry about it or bless someone else” so I read the other reviews and I was like there’s no way BUT then I found out that he just helps here 2 nights a week so that makes sense but I asked him his name and he said MAYBERRY … yeah like the Andy Griffith show. Idk that’s my review food was good no complaints and sweet as hell guy“
