We waited a few minutes after the online order said it would be ready. We got to the location and were advised to wait another 25 minutes. After the time was up we were advised to wait some more! The entire location was full of waiting people being told the same thing. The employees were just chitchatting not even helping whoever cook in the back! Male Manager is rude as hell at this location. When I tried to call to change my order because I was having issues online, they didn't answer. I came to the location to let them know and he had a smart mouth.

They are SLOW SLOW SLOW, a snail is faster than they are , even a sloth , we ordered a 75 piece which I understand takes time it showed 33-45 min for it , then we got here and they made us wait another 30 minutes . I do see other people have been told to do the same, my first time visiting this location and for sure will be my last.
