I placed an online order on 8/20/2026 for $23.46 and was scheduled to pick it up around 12 pm. When I arrived to pick up my order, they said they were closed. They took my money, but I didn't receive my order. Not only did I not receive my order, but I had to go through my bank to get a refund due to KFC not wanting to help with the situation. If I could give them zero stars, I'd gladly do it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
So I got the three-piece tenders meal and I was eating indoors and for some reason they gave me a bag no utensils just some napkins in a bag that’s it and I guess they misheard me. Perhaps that it was for eating inside anyways it took a long time to you know get my utensils and I understand they’re busy and all that but they really need to work on the customer. Been waiting in the lobby for over 20 minutes for a pickup order of some popcorn chicken and a couple sides. Absolutely ridiculous.
Additionally, my order disappeared off the board, and when I asked about it they told me they don't maintain the customer facing order board.
