They can’t keep enough staff to run the registers…
Poor service twice in one week. First there was an extremely long wait only for them to say they are out of chicken. How hard would it have been to come out and make an announcement to all the people waiting for over 15 minutes in line? That's call professional courtesy. Then I thought, maybe that was a off day for this location, so I came back 2 days later and now they can only accept cash no card.
