This is the worst Pizza Hut that I have ever had the experience of dealing with. Their customer service sucks! My food was an hour late and they do not answer their phone and when they do they immediately put you on hold. My order was delivered by someone who did not speak any English which is not a problem for me. I've lived in a foreign country were I didn't know the language. I order 1 pizza and 1 order of wings online I showed up at the time at the time it was said to be ready they told me it’ll be ready in 30 minutes I said it was fine that I would wait then 30 minutes later they told me it’ll be ready in 30 to 40 minutes

After a long day at work and the kids a long day at school we decided to eat in and order a pizza. My 7 year old daughter bites into her pizza and there was a long piece of black hair that came out of the pizza as she bit into it. My husband called to tell them what happened and the girl that answered the phone was kind of rude about the situation and didn’t apologize.
