These are hands down the best tacos I have ever had in my life. The barbacoa melts in your mouth, the trompo is FULL of flavor and so juicy. I love how they prepare their corn tortillas. 10/10 highly recommend as a native Texan

Taqueria El Arquito is a must try for authentic and fresh Mexican food. The restaurant is very clean with an esthetic dining area. Service is excellent and way above average, with personable staff who remember returning customers and provide genuine warmth. The food is absolutely delicious, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Breakfast tacos are very good with fillings that are nice and crispy, featuring perfect bacon and potatoes. The salsas are all really good with a medium spice level. Specific meals include the Mi Special for $11.99, which comes with 3 tacos, rice, and beans. The Gordita is flavorful with a nice presentation and costs $5.99. The trompo tacos and chili relleno are rated 10/10, and the trompo 10 for $20 tray is highly recommended. While prices are slightly higher than other places, the food is excellent and the place seems to be jumping with regulars. Even for those living over an hour away, the drive is completely worth it every single time. Corn tortillas are available for gluten-free guests.
