I had a relaxing quiet stay. My room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the areas around the hotel clean, they were wiping the stair rails and doors handles. The location is convenient for highway access and places to eat. There is also a CVS right around the corner. I will definitely stay here again.
Would love to give ZERO stars. After being on the road all day, had a late check-in. We were tired and didn't want to go out, so went down to the Bistro. We stopped at the counter to place our order and were told to take a menu and find a place to sit; the young man said he'd be with us shortly. Twenty minutes later no one had stopped by our booth. Stayed at this hotel for 4 days on a business trip. The staff was personable and helpful. It was clean and quiet in the evenings (despite being mid-renovation). A couple of things stood out for me. First, they need to address the food situation. With no room service, mini-bar, or restaurant, it was difficult to plan meals.
