terrible!!! First of all the elevator ( only one ) was broken from sunday afternoon till we checked out monday afternoon.. kinda makes it tough hauling 3 pieces of luggage down stairs.. 2nd...no room service was provided during our 3 day stay AT ALL 3rd...A/C worked barely ( kinda sucke when it's 110 degrees outside the whole time.. 4th...VERY VERY OUTDATED ROOMS Being a gold elite member I was very dissapointed.... will never recommend or stay at this Marriott again..

I made my reservation using marriott reward points. When I arrived at the property at 10:30pm, Courtney at frontdesk refused to check me in stating that my name was no where on the reservation. I called marriott customer service and they verified my identity and modified the reservation to reflect me as a guest. I returned to the frontdesk and was told again that she could not check me in as the reservation did not have my name on it. She said she was previously reprimanded by management for doing so. Again customer service agent spoke with front desk and she refused. The customer service agent then had a supervisor call Courtney and talk with her. After 1 hour, I was able to go to my room. It was clean and quiet. I spoke with manager in the morning and she stated that she would talk to employee and maybe retrain, but did not know the situation. I will never return to this hotel. I have traveled extensive around usa and used points. Have never experienced this. I will be sending a review to Marriott as well.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 days on a business trip. The staff was personable and helpful. It was clean and quiet in the evenings (despite being mid-renovation). A couple of things stood out for me. First, they need to address the food situation. With no room service, mini-bar, or restaurant, it was difficult to plan meals. There is a little bistro with coffee and sandwiches, but I never saw it open except first thing in the morning. I ended up being forced to use Door Dash several times because I didn't have a rental car. The second issue did kind of bother me: Room cleaning every OTHER day? Maybe I'm unrealistic, but at a minimum I would like the room to be neatened with the bed made every day. For these reasons, I would.consider staying at this hotel again when the renovations are complete and other issues addressed.

I appreciated the friendliness of the front staff but not much more to brag about. The hotel is older and in a location that requires a car to get to pretty much any restaurant. Bed was ok but older style pillow mattresses Limited amenities including no hand lotion or hair dryer. I can’t remember the last hotel I stayed without a hair dryer? Front desk was kind enough to find me one but when taking out of the bag it was dirty and gross. Noticed a few sugar ants on the desk and table each day. I know some hotels aren’t doing daily cleaning but was never informed this hotel was doing this so was disappointed when I returned after a long day to find no service to the room. The ants enjoyed the empty cup with some residual juice. I’m pretty sure the heat /AC would get confused as I swear a few times it went from heat to A/C just trying to keep the room the temp I set. Breakfast not included and the limited selection seemed expensive given the overall quality of the hotel. I would not stay here again.

Checked in on a Wednesday night. 4 total cars in lot, weeds growing everywhere, landscaping was not maintained and lighting was awful.. We truly thought the place was shuttered. Although we are highest level Marriott member, no upgrade or even an acknowledgement. We were put in a room directly next to another client. Why would you do this? if you have so few rooms occupied. The hallways always had something interesting going on. For over 12 hours their was a toilet seat outside our room. (see photo) Hotel got a little busier by the weekend. However, the restaurant was understaffed and took 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee, which was room temperature. The staff was extremely nice and rooms were clean but extremely outdated. My take is......this place is closing it's doors very soon.

I had a relaxing quiet stay. My room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the areas around the hotel clean, they were wiping the stair rails and doors handles. The location is convenient for highway access and places to eat. There is also a CVS right around the corner. I will definitely stay here again.

Would love to give ZERO stars. After being on the road all day, had a late check-in. We were tired and didn't want to go out, so went down to the Bistro. We stopped at the counter to place our order and were told to take a menu and find a place to sit; the young man said he'd be with us shortly. Twenty minutes later no one had stopped by our booth. The young man waited on a steady stream of guests walking up to the counter. They are definitely understaffed for what was obviously a busy time of night. We finally gave up and left. Too bad.....I'm a good tipper!!

The staff went above and beyond; I had ordered online and my order went to this location, I was contacted and informed that they don't actually deliver to my location and gave the the number to the location on Gross, that location hung up on me 3 times and left me on hold for over 15 minutes, I called this location back and even though it wasn't their area they took such great care of me.I can not brag enough on the wonderful service at this location!!!!

The hotel was nice and clean. We had an outside balcony which was unexpected but great. One of my rooms AC wasn't staying on, I called to the frontdesk and they sent somebody up right away and got it fixed. He was super kind I wish I would have got his name. My kids enjoyed the pool a lot. We would stay here again.
