“My sister and I are from Australia we had just got off our 15 hour flight. We were looking for a feed and thought we might stop in at subway. There was two guys working that evening and as people who have never gotten subway, they were super helpful. They were very friendly and patient. Having a joke with us. At the end of our trip over in America and Canada we came back to Dallas Airport to fly home. My sister and I thought why don’t we see if those guys were working again. Sure enough they were and they recognised us when we came over. We don’t know their names but it says a lot about their customer service if we wanted to come back just to get served by them again. I’m sure they would remember us if this was read out.

“I had an amazing experience at lunch today i got there and Paty (patricia) the cashier amazing service very nice she helped out with all the questions I had bring my food offer napkins explain the variety of salsas they have offered a box to go or chips the food was good also I had the flautas they were boom 😬 thank you Paty“

“We highly recommend Cafe Italia (Ira Woods Grapevine location). Nick and his team are awesome. The food is amazing! Fresh salads, delicious bread, large portions in a romantic, as well as family friendly environment. BYOB, plenty of parking, fast service and very reasonable prices. We recently hosted our daughter’s engagement party at Cafe Italia, with 22 adults and 4 children attending. Everything was perfect! Albert, Arturo, Patty and team were wonderful! Everyone loved it We will always consider Cafe Italia our favorite Grapevine area restaurant.“
