“The pizza here is great and I buy from this place often but it’s a good chance they mess up some part of your order, I’ve received the wrong sauce that completely ruins the pizza you ordered, often times I’ve asked for no garlic on my crust only to receive garlic, some people may be allergic to garlic so it seems pretty important.“
“Visited this place a couple of days ago. Ordered a Large Buffalo Chicken Pizza (around 18$) from here. The wait time was around 15 minutes just as they said. They prepared it in time. The place is cozy, with just 2 tables in there, if in case you want to enjoy your pizza in-store. The place is good for takeouts. The pizza was delicious. The staff was customer friendly. Definitely will pay a visit again.“
“First time trying this location, because I was shopping nearby, it was getting late, I was feeling lazy & pizza sounded good. Domino's definitely sounded better than Little Caesar's, and I wanted it NOW.To be honest - usually, Domino's is my LAST choice, due to bad experiences at several other locations all over DFW, so I placed my order with a wee bit of trepidation & fingers crossed...By the time I placed my order and navigated our endless construction zones to double back to Domino's, my order was being finalized! I'd ordered the current $19.99 Special with 2 1-topping pizzas (I paid for extra black olives for my better half), Parmesan bread bites, cinnamon twists & a 2 liter. I also ordered the Marbled Cookie Brownie, and extra sauces. Everything was accurate.The place was clean; I saw only 3 staff members... Each was friendly and quick to acknowledge me. The staff was WORKING & CLEANING when I walked in.I was finally able to get a pizza to my home PIPING HOT, AND EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. I was too busy tearing into it to think of taking pictures (sorry!)... but our food even looked better than the commercials on TV. On a Saturday night! Thank you for restoring my faith in Domino's and I sincerely hope this review inspires the staff to keep up such great service, because we WILL be back! I'm a pizza fiend!“
“To this day I wonder how bad it can get and why this place has 1 star and terrible reviews.I don’t ever expect the best customer service from any fast food. However, they are helpful and I’ve never had rude employees… (service 5 star)All I care for is to get what I paid for and this place is a hit or miss. Out of the probably 10 times I’ve ordered maybe 7 times I’ve gotten weird cooked pizzas and wings don’t have enough sauce. Some days the pizza is just like any other Dominoes and some days it looks like someone cooked it at home who ran out of ingredient but pizza still tasted good enough (food 3.5 star)I’ got a feeling is due from between lack of management or training or equipment failing? Who knows now days..luckily the place is always clean and everyone looks clean. “I was extremely nervous to order from Dominos because the last few times I placed a delivery order, it has been a really bad experience each time; which seems like a very common issue with the amount of poor ratings and reviews.. However, I decided to give it another try because it’s been a while and I really do enjoy their pizza.I placed a delivery order on a week day evening and to my surprise, the process was actually pretty smooth and came fairly quickly-the quickest it’s ever arrived actually.The tracker on the app is pretty slow to update but my pizza arrived in about 35 minutes. My pizza looked good and it was still fairly warm.I don’t know if it was just luck, if the management changed or simply just cause it was a week night ha; but regardless, I was satisfied with my order tonight.I’m giving it 4 stars just because I’m not 100% convinced yet lolol.“
“We had to go out so asked the employee if we placed order in store so would it be faster. He agreed. So we placed the order in store. But unfortunately the system charged us extra inspite of using the coupon. While waiting for the order we tried the same order through app and it is $8 less. It’s a small amount but whatever saves money. Greg the general manager was kind enough to help us cancel the old order and place the order through App.“
