“UPDATE: Upper management went above and beyond to give an amazing gesture for all the times we had issues. AMAZING SERVICE! -----Our order has been incorrect many times and the staff does not even act as if they care at all. Just another screw up to them, I'm guessing in a long line of screw ups so that now it's just an every day thing so they think it's no big deal.“
“I love the new stuffed crust it's not like most stuffed crust where it like they just stuck a string Cheese in the crust this is a cheese crust that merges with the dough and clings on tight so you always have a cheesy crust bite yum they need to make the bread bites stuffed“
“They screwed up my order somehow, it never arrived and then nobody answered the phone when I called.
So I drove over there, bec my kids had their hearts set on pizza , and all the employees, as well as the person who I assume is the manager, were just the most considerate people that corrected the issue immediately and re-delivered the food very promptly. Great customer service is not getting everything right it’s correcting whatever goes wrong and they did it with a smile.
He even offered me a soda to take home to the kids !“
