“Ordered using the APP at this location for the first time. I inadvertently made a mistake on my order so I called the store. They were very polite, professional and helpful in correcting y order. The delivery was fast, the food was hot and delicious. The delivery driver was very warm and appreciative. Overall outstanding customer service l.“

“Ordered delivery and waited half an hour for delivery on a Monday. Which is fine but when the delivery guy got here and handed me the pizza, it was clearly crushed. I could tell he was waiting for a response but I didn't want to wait for another pizza and went ahead and took it. I was able to report it and was given a coupon code for another order. The food was still delicious and hot. I'm just upset there wasn't an apology or even asked to fix the problem.“

“I just want to give a shout out to the delivery driver I believe his name was Adnan. After he delivered my pizza he realized they forgot my sauces, I said it was okay considering it was cold out and late. About 10 minutes go by and he was out front with my two sauces which I was completely surprised. He showed me that he takes his customer service satisfaction to another lever. So thank you dominoes for recruiting the best.“

“That gentleman at the front Alexander the one with glasses, he is very helpful and communicative towards me and the other customers, he does his job very efficiently, he even complimented my outfit the other day. I'll definitely come back more. Alexander is a great worker.“

“I got stranded at the nearby motel, and so I had Domino's about 3 days in a row. This is the best Domino's that I've ever been to. I never had a long wait time, and the food was hot and perfection, no matter what I was ordering. They don't skimp on the toppings, everything I tried was absolutely worth the money.“

“I came in right when they opened on a Saturday morning I talked to Dijon. I needed 15 pizzas for pool party. He didn’t flinch. He gave me the best customer service made sure I understood the price. He was great with all the good as soon as they have to order pizzas from here and he saved me.. and my pool party. I will only be ordering my pizzas at this Domino’s. “I came on 04/26/25 at 4:00 the staff was so kind and accommodating. They just had a 13 pizza order came in when a rude obnoxious customer came in and they were so patient with the rude couple. I commend this staff for being so nice to me and for showing awesome customer service! For a busy store I only saw 3 people! Also they were commenting that they did not have AC! In this TX heat! Do better Dominos! Give the staff a raise.“

“I have ordered pizza from here numerous times. It’s always great. One time I ordered a “chicken Caesar salad” and I got some iceberg lettuce, mozzarella cheese, about an ounce of chicken, and Caesar dressing. It was not good. Looked like they had just thrown it together and sold it.“

“Ordered an Italian sausage, bacon, spinach, onion pizza with Alfredo sauce. Delivery was fast—under 30 minutes—and everything was hot and fresh. Crust had a good texture, toppings were balanced, and the flavor was solid. Would definitely order again. Next time I might try the garlic Parmesan base, but this was still very good.“

“The food was fresh and hot, and when I got there it was ready and the cashier was polite the time and order all the way round the flavor and texture prefect and the texture was excellent also it wasn't hard and dry it was juicy and easy to eat a 2 topping pizza perfect pepperoni and cheese great“

“Went in to place an order on a pizza before getting hair cut. I expressed to manager that the last pizza i randomly tried wasn't to my liking a few months back. She helped me brain storm a pizza idea. I tried bbq as the sauce base. I picked up the pizza promptly after getting my hair cut next door. I tasted the pizza in the car, before I even took off to head back home. Omg, that was probably the most delicious pizza i have ever had from Dominoes...EVER! Shout out to the manager there. Always so friendly, always so professional, and never hesistant to get her customer a great deal on a delicious pizza. I love her. And I love the pizza..lol. Thanks for the amazing experience. It's official, no more Pizza Hut for me. Even if i had photos to show this amazing creation, the photos wouldnt do justice to the taste.
I basically got the medium size Extravaganzza pizza, No green peppers, and bbq sauce base. 10 out of 10!“

A Mr. Ashton sat and ate my order,
I watched him on the app went to his location and witnessed the event myself
Now when I called the store they promptly returned my funds but here is the problem
Mr. Ashton is still employed by DOMINOES INC..!!!!!!!!???
I wil continue to order Dominoes Pizza
Just not anywhere in DALLAS /FORT WORTH TEXAS,,, because THE DRIVERS ARE CONSUMING THE ORDERS AND THEN LOGGING DELIVERIES AS COMPLETED
ITS DAMN SHAME!!
And THATS WHY PAPA JOHNS IS GETTING MY BUSINESS AT HOME!
AND YES I AM TELLING ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS BECAUSE THIS IS A FOOD EMERGENCY ‼️

“Excellent service, I ordered a pizza but they realized that it was missing an ingredient, they let me know and apologized, and in 5 minutes they would give me a new one and that's how it was.

“My pizza order tonight was placed and took 3 hours to receive a completed notification in the app tracker but no pizza..I called the store multiple times to verify that I could pick up my order but there was no answer ..I changed my dinner plans as I am literally cooking, there’s a knock at the door. There stands Greg B. to deliver my order and explained respectfully and accepted responsibility that no one showed up tonight because of management change. This is unfortunate but considering the world we live in….not surprising. I am leaving this review not to complain but in appreciation that Greg worked his tail off and saw his job responsibilities through. “Pizza is always hot and fresh when I pick up, not so much for delivery though. I usually order online with the app to earn points for free pizzas or snacks (appetizer or whatever they're called) either way, free food is good to me :)“

“unfortunately, I have placed orders for an Alfredo base/none base multiple times with it being willingly substituted for anything they have without confirmation. Be it tomato, or barbecue. I am currently with a roommate that cannot tolerate either of those. The food is fantastic, as well as the staff – do not get me wrong, love this place.but my criticisms are made unanswered for that particular point. I will continue to order from this place, and I do recommend it. I am just confused on the topic of why the preciseness of my order is not going through to the store.“
