I’m currently in the hospital and my driver Tara was routed to the wrong floor several times but she was so awesome that she made sure she found me to deliver the pizza . She made sure she gave it to me directly and apologized immediately for the misunderstanding! She even came back to give me the ranch I ordered plus more ! She is so awesome and needs a raise immediately!!!! Thank you so much Tara you are appreciated!
This location has been to my apt several times but failed to deliver my order after marking it as delivered. I called the store and asked the manager what happened and was given a bogus smug excuse the driver came back with nothing however, my order was never delivered and he was trying to find out what happened after an hour had passed by. Kim was awesome. I was trying to place two orders at one time, all while in the hospital...Kim waited patiently as I tried to handle both calls and was very polite all while doing so. You just don't get nice ppl anymore in customer service so when I receive great customer service...I acknowledge it. Keep him around!
